This one is located in the Stop and Shop plaza; there are plenty of parking. I've always been a fan because of the prices. They usually have great finds. I love the apparel, shoes, skincare, makeup, candles, and even some furniture pieces. This store was well stocked and organized. The employees were friendly. Either way I had to go to get my purchases. This Target is located in Windsor, there's a substantial parking lot. I was here on Black Friday weekend, surprisingly there weren't many shoppers. This is a much larger Target than the one I typically frequent in West Hartford. There's a Starbucks and a CVS inside. Some of the isles could've been a bit better organized and better stocked, but not bad. At the customer service counter I showed them my bar code and gave them my name. Moments later my items were ready to go home with me.

Their behavior came across as prejudiced and discriminatory, which is completely unacceptable anywhere -- especially in a major retail store. Instead of helping or answering questions, the staff seemed more interested in mocking and stereotyping customers. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable, and it was clear that respect and basic courtesy were not a priority here. Walmart needs to address this kind of conduct immediately. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, with professionalism and dignity -- not with bias or hostility. I've been using the grocery pick up at the Ware store since before Covid and I don't think I could grocery shop in a store ever again. I've been spoiled! I use the app to order my groceries and when they're ready I drive up and the pick up crew loads of them into the back of the car. The kids that work the grocery pick up are just wonderful. I've been coming so much that now they know me, and what I like. For example, I like my eggs and bread upfront with me and not in the back. I also go into the store to browse and pick up other items that aren't available with pick up. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. The produce selection is always good and has great prices.

In order to shop here successfully, you will need to be able to fend for yourself, because I am pretty sure 85% of the people who work here are reanimated corpses and/or aliens who are still adjusting to Earth. One time I asked an employee where the socks were and he stared blankly past me into the void. I love that the bathrooms are in the back of the store instead of the front by the register. They were looking to recoup the deficit as the employee undercharged me. The owner basically accused me of trying to get something for free even though I agreed to pay for the EMPLOYEES MISTAKE . If I had been a cash paying customer, they would have had no recourse. Very disappointing that I was treated so rudely. They make supporting local businesses difficult.
