She is expensive for the grooming that she does and the quality isn't there. My dogs coat is not shaved and clipped well. Choppy and hairs standing on end. Plus she literally cuts the skin and doesn't own up to it. Who knows how she treats the dog? I really think she has issues. Something isn't right! You can tell by the inconsistent reviews that she is given. My advice is to find a responsible caring groomer if you care about your pet. I am never going back. Dominic did an absolutely amazing job on our little havapoo and he text me 15 min prior to being done so I had time to drive back. Our previous groomer said she always needed a second person to help hold her because she doesn't like her nails being clipped but Dominic was able to do it on his own. Both dogs were done in the timeframe that was committed and they were both happy dogs when I picked up. Ashley, the groomer brought my boys out with an update on their experience which I appreciated. Both smelled great and we're sporting a new bandanna. I was most moved by a follow-up call on the next day from Ashley. She wanted to check in and see how the boys were doing. She also was concerned with my Maltese because he has allergies. I appreciate Ashley and the warm welcome to Tails and Tangles. Our next grooming appointment is already scheduled.

They know my cats by name and truly seem excited to see them when I call to book an appointment.
