The first time my dog went here they weren't welcoming and very rude (not to mention the place is gross) but they were cheap and took my doodle in quick. Second time, we were late because a doctors appointment went way past the time it usually goes. We were 18 mins late. We called ahead of time to let them know and sincerely apologized. As I walked in with my dog the two women were so rude and almost tagged teamed me. One very rudely mention a late fee; I said sure, I would absolutely to pay for that. I'm late, I understand. I apologized up-and-down MULTIPLE times saying it would never happen again and that I was embarrassed we were late. They both kept making comments to the point I no longer felt comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. I was very kind and asked for my dog back. They said no, no need because the lady would be out of money now. I again asked for her back and they finally gave me her. As I was leaving they were swearing at each-other about me. All the while, ive been paying extra to put him in isolation while hes there so his injury isn't aggravated by playing with other dogs. My dog is my life, my baby, and my greatest joy. They are responsibile for failing to report his injury leading to a delay in diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately to him having violent muscle spasms in their lobby.
