I saw and heard a dog whining in the back of a Parker pick up Directly in front of Murdoch's. One…read moredog was stuck inside the sealed bed of a truck while another was up front in the air conditioned cab. The dog in the sealed cab was suffering (barking/whining) and it was 90 degrees outside - closer to 100 in the sealed bed. I informed the store manager immediately who said he would make an announcement. He did NOT. I got my item, came back to the front of the store and told the clerks who didn't know what to do. I insisted they make the announcement regarding the dog in the truck or I'll call the police immediately. (This is a store that's makes its living from Animals). They made the announcement. I met the owner at her truck. The sealed/locked bed was at least 95-100 degrees. The "cooling pad" was HOT. The dog was suffering. She placed the dog in the AC cab with the other dog. Please people, it only takes few minutes to overheat in a vehicle. Please Murdochs, take care of animals immediately.

There isn't a place on the planet that won't honor this type of situation. Another person had a recently expired coupon, same result. So dumb, I could buy, return, then use the coupon. So it's Saturday, I just spent 60 mins of my day to get some things for projects this weekend, now I'm delayed in doing them because you won't let me use a coupon today that I could use tomorrow. Two weeks later, I still do not have my mower, and no one at Tractor Supply can provide a delivery date. It could be tomorrow, next week, next month, or apparently even longer. The issue appears to be with a new delivery service called Roadie⁠, which is owned by UPS. The process seems to work like a gig-service platform where drivers accept deliveries. Unfortunately, multiple drivers have reportedly shown up without the proper flatbed equipment needed to safely transport a zero-turn mower. As a result, the delivery continues to be delayed. What is most disappointing is Tractor Supply's response. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, they simply point the finger at Roadie. Despite tying up $4,000 of my money and failing to deliver on their commitment, they have offered no meaningful resolution, compensation, or even a realistic timeline. I understand that third-party vendors can have issues, but when customers purchase from Tractor Supply, they are doing business with Tractor Supply--not Roadie. The responsibility for fulfillment ultimately belongs to the retailer. At this point, I am seriously considering canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere. If you are considering ordering large equipment from Tractor Supply, be aware that delivery may not be as straightforward or reliable as advertised. Buyer beware.
