Two weeks later, I still do not have my mower, and no one at Tractor Supply can provide a delivery date. It could be tomorrow, next week, next month, or apparently even longer. The issue appears to be with a new delivery service called Roadie⁠, which is owned by UPS. The process seems to work like a gig-service platform where drivers accept deliveries. Unfortunately, multiple drivers have reportedly shown up without the proper flatbed equipment needed to safely transport a zero-turn mower. As a result, the delivery continues to be delayed. What is most disappointing is Tractor Supply's response. Rather than taking ownership of the problem, they simply point the finger at Roadie. Despite tying up $4,000 of my money and failing to deliver on their commitment, they have offered no meaningful resolution, compensation, or even a realistic timeline. I understand that third-party vendors can have issues, but when customers purchase from Tractor Supply, they are doing business with Tractor Supply--not Roadie. The responsibility for fulfillment ultimately belongs to the retailer. At this point, I am seriously considering canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere. If you are considering ordering large equipment from Tractor Supply, be aware that delivery may not be as straightforward or reliable as advertised. Buyer beware.

I've been buying my wild bird seed from Frank's Feed for a number of years. It's a few dollars more…read moreexpensive, but the Frank's Mix is an excellent mix of high-end, quality bird food. It includes cracked corn and peanuts and has a minimum amount of the hard, red seeds (I don't know what kind). The discount brands seem to be almost 25-30% of that stuff, and birds can't eat it so it just onto the ground below the feeders. I have two large bird feeders that I fill with a mix of Frank's Mix and the black oil sunflower, and the birds will empty them every week. Very little wastage. The staff at Frank's always load the bags into my car for me and are very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this feed store.

After getting my layer feed with the help of the really sweet employee helping me find my way through all the feed, I shopped in the store looking at all the cool items I want and may "NEED." I determined that I needed 2 dish towels with cute sayings. My total for a bumper sticker, 2 dish towels, and a 50 lb bag of layer feed came to be around $52. They do have a significant portion of the store dedicated to apparel (country western). Walking into this place kind of gives you a good idea what Castle Rock is all about.
