That felt like an attempt to charge for something that shouldn't have been billed in the first place. What's worse is that management didn't take responsibility or show any real interest in fixing the issue. Between the poor workmanship and questionable billing practices, I would strongly recommend taking your equipment somewhere else. This place is not trustworthy.

As we were leaving we noticed there were tables in front (across the street, next to their sign, very much part of the same business). We sat down to drink some water and we're about to leave when a lady walked by and called it to us. We said hi and she chased us off saying "private property" without an explanation. The whole business is private property. But generally you want customers on your private property. These are tables in front, with no sign saying they aren't open to the public, especially their own customers. Cool. Their choice. But that was a terrible interaction and rude. Put up a sign. Or at last remember you're taking to your own customers. I'll probably still come back on principle, but it certainly killed any warm feelings towards the business.

Got the bike back -- now it's leaking oil. Took it to an independent shop for a look. What he found (pic attached): the helicoil they installed is visibly crooked, and there were still metal shavings sitting in the oil pan. Filter was overtightened again. Called Vickery to discuss. Their response was essentially "that was our best guy, he double checks everything" with no explanation for the shavings or the crooked repair. No offer to cover the cost of having another shop redo their work. Just said they wished I'd brought it back again (why would I?). Will never let them touch anything I own ever again and would recommend you do the same. Plenty of other great shops around.

The following time I stopped by, I checked the same plant display and it seemed that the issue might have been resolved. I used this company about a year ago and regretted it. I hired this company, Jose, to level a 25…read moreft. diameter area in my backyard for an above ground pool. After agreeing upon price they started digging. I don't think they know how to level an area. They did not use a long board to make sure it was level all the way across. They used a shorter stick. - After a few hours they started putting tools away like they were finished. I walked outside and looked and said, this is not level, but he told me it was. He recommended I put the pool up and if there's a problem they would return to fix it. - After the pool was installed on the weekend and filled it was 6" inches out of level. The water was 4-6 inches higher on the one side. So, bad that the filter return would not work properly. - i called the number and talked to a woman who took the information and said they would send them out. They never came out to fix it. Subsequent calls were not answered as if they were ignoring the phone. I left message and no call was returned. - My opinion is they do not stand behind their work at all. I had to call another landscaper to have it fixed. I request a refund of the funds.
