We've used Natura before and it was great (zero VOC!) and we just painted our kitchen with Aura -- also superb. It coats extremely well. Now we're working on the exterior of our house, and the Low Lustre exterior paint has been great too. Forrest did a custom color match to our existing front porch paint and it was perfect. Woo! He has often informed me of new products and sundries available that I wasn't aware of. The store is clean and welcoming, and his assistant, Heather, is great too. Forrest almost always has his dog with him at the store, she's a friendly rescued Greyhound. I have never had a bad paint mix from them (I am a regular customer) And it's a lifesaver for me that they carry samples in just about all of the Ben Moore colors. Some places that carry Ben Moore only have the limited palette of factory produced sample sizes, but Forest supplements those with the remaining colors. It's such a great feature. DV's paint is good but I am not going to get yelled at where I need paint. Home Depot doesn't treat me that way so I have been buying my paint there. Since I am staying at home I have lots of DIY projects that involve painting! So I got started on a pantry project, ordered the paint online. Paid for it no problem. Got my receipt in the email and it said that they will let me know when I can come and pick up my order. Usually within 2 hours. But they notified me in under twenty minutes. They said to have a photo ID and my order number handy and to call the number given and they will bring my paint out to the car. Perfect! So I did all. That. Got to the store, called the number and the clerk was really rude. He said I have to come inside. I told him that the web site says you do curbside. He replied, "yeah, we don't do that anymore! We don't do credit cards over the phone!" I Tod him I already paid for it! He started to yell, They aren't supposed to do that! He got increasingly rude. After yelling a bit more he asked what car I was in. I told him I was in the only car in his lot. He then hung up abruptly! After about 4 minutes he came out with a box. I had the back hatch opened up and I was holding my order verification and Photo ID. He literally slung the box into the back and started to walk away. I asked him if there were two cans in the box. He said what? I repeated and he said yes as he continued to walk away. I asked if he needed to see my order receipt or Photo ID but he just kept walking away. Doesn't make me want to keep doing business with these guys. Maybe better to just order Paint on-Line if you are in the At Risk category. This is no way to be treated for simply following the instructions given on the web site.

Lots of metal work, windmills, wind chimes, mushrooms, dragons, large pots, frogs and such. Seeds. The clearance items were more my speed, as many of the offerings are higher priced than I was willing to pay. Possiblly more movement on items if price lowered a tad. Kind and helpful owners.
