Never had any issues here before. 3 weeks ago I bought a Lyon statue that was for sale for $20 Yesterday we visited the store and I showed the employees the painted Lyon and the first lady said to me "That Lyon wasn't for sale " I said Yes it was it had 2 $20 sticker prices on it. She said no it didn't 2 times. I asked "then why did the ladies sell it to me. They didn't know it wasn't for sale. If the employees didn't know it wasn't for sale how are the customers supposed to know if there are price tags on it? Doesn't make ANY sense. While shopping I had another employee approach me and said to me "Are you the one that bought the Lyon. I said "yes" VERY RUDELY the lady said "that wasn't for sale it was my uncles. I said well I feel bad about it She said "Bad enough to bring it back? I said "No I already painted it. She said" I would have asked more money for it. She was very ignorant. On my way out I told them they need to learn how to talk to people. That they make people feel bad. The employees were telling us people change prices in their shop. I said "We don't do that" and she said "I know you two don't". I have never been so insulted in my whole life. I was crying on my way out. NO APOLOGIES or anything. I think one of the new employees must have priced it and neither one knew it wasn't for sale They should have checked their store cameras. I don't know what happened but I've told enough of my friends that go there and they will never return or contribute to their place again!! Very Ignorant of them!!!

The company requested routing and account numbers to process invoice payments--see attached photos for confirmation. However, the manager later claimed they do not collect such information, which contradicts the documentation. Please note paint suplys was billed and charged but no painting was completed, see photos.. Please note the company unethical practice of giving our personal information, name, city and zip. Additionally, the invoices lack transparency. There is no itemized list of material costs--only a total is provided. The company refuses to produce receipts for confirmed trips to Home Depot and Handyman Hardware, despite multiple mentions by both the manager and handyman of purchasing materials from these stores. Their response has been, "Trust us, we buy in bulk," which is not acceptable without documentation. Workmanship was subpar, with several jobs left incomplete. Prices were extremely high, and the business practices appear questionable. I was never hostile, but when a company threatens collections, I have every right to seek legal counsel. Attached are: Examples of manager lying in real time. Invoices requesting sensitive banking information Emails stating they do not provide receipts Material lists without itemized costs I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

    Requested services for painting a bedroom. Scheduled the meeting for the quote for 11:15 and no one…read moreever appeared or contacted me saying they were not coming. Incredibly confusing why they would schedule something and never show up. The even sent a confirmation text an hour before. I was early to the appointment and stood outside waiting for 5 minutes before the meeting and 20 minutes after the meeting was expected to start. Even texted the person who scheduled it to get no response. Completely wasted my time. Disrespectful and unprofessional. ETA: Andrew is obviously upset with the review. He is lashing out at me as he does with other negative reviews. He is also lying. I received no calls from either number that contacted me prior, he was not there at 11:10 when I pulled onto the street, he never texted back, and still has not actually contacted me. He seems to have consistent behavior as evidenced by previous reviews. It's a shame he feels as though calling me a liar is beneficial to his business. I've attached screenshots of the proof he did not call me or contact me in any way for his failure to appear today. There are 0 calls around 11. Even if he had appeared early for the appointment as he claims, he was not there 5 minutes before or even at the appointment time, which is still considered a failure to appear since there is a set time for a reason. Additionally if he called me, it wasn't from either company number and no voicemail was left. The better painting call was on Friday not today when the appointment was as Andrew is now claiming.

This was never just a basic paint job. As for the quote, I was given a quote in Sept 2024, you had roughly 4 MONTHS TO REVIEW it and let me know it was misquoted. It was only on the day the work began, the PM Shane asked about the ceiling. He made me show him the quote and then after speaking with you said you would honor it. The other quote I received was a few hundred dollars off. I guess no one knows how to quote a job properly. 99% of this job had no issues. The drywall repairs and taping were part of my quote, besides the ceiling, I do not know what was so extensive about this job. The truth is the team you sent were unqualified to perform the work. 2. A total fallacy on your part, I asked you one time if you were going to finish the job and you never responded. Only when I mentioned a review did you become defensive and accuse me of threatening you. I never once mentioned legal action. EVER. 3. Your communtication is horrendous at best, No one ever suggested I go thru managment or anyone else. I contacted you from the multiple numbers your company contacted me from because it was difficult to get a response before, during, and after the job. If this is all it takes to create confusion, theres a deeper issue here. 4. Your crews had to come back twice to fix and finish their work. This was after being stood up twice. The first time no call, no show. I had to contact the office to let them know that no one called or showed up. The 2nd time you called me 15 min prior to the time you were suppose to be there, telling me you just saw the appt on your calandar. (right). When you offered to come after dinner you were having with your family it would have been another hour and a half. My time is just as important as yours and I had already been stood up. The third time you showed up with the manager and a worker, you both left, leaving me alone with a worker that doesnt speak English. And he didnt finish the work you pointed out would be finished. 5. My claim about a broken window mullion and the items being trashed are not unfounded. Multiple "individuals" besides your crew being on site is an outright lie. The only other person who was there was my boyfriend. He is the one that took the mullion out of the window and handed it to me. I pointed it out to your worker that day stating it was to be painted and put back into the window. You constantly calling me a liar is disrespectful and unprofessional. 6. There were no poor lighting conditions, lights were in place. You continually make excuses and do not take any accountability. As far as signing off on the job. You went to the job site while I was working and YOU signed off on the job. After inspecting what you said was good. It was obvious it was not good. I contacted you within the week to let you know it was not resolved. You never voluntarily did anything, at all. You immediately did nothing. 7. Again, no one reached out, I called the office to let them know I was stood up. 8. The tape that was already coming off was again within that week. It is in the bedroom and there has never been water damage. the problem was it was never replaced in the first place. This house has no structural issues. Throughout this process all I have gotten is excuse after excuse for anything I brought to your attention, or any concerns raised. You lack customer service skills, professionalism, and you definately did not go above and beyond your contractural obligation because my house remains unfinished. The only challenges you and your team faced was accepting a job that is beyond your scope of work. Finally, many items on my quote were never completed much less attempted. no one sanded the door frames. no one sanded all the trim. no one checked for drips and inconsistancies. no one painted a 2nd coat. no one completed taping and repairs as needed. Your contract states you offer a 1 year warranty on all projects, I guess that is a lie too. I was going to have you paint my main house, but that's a hard NO. Moving forward blaiming the customer for everything is not going to help you in the long run. This will now be posted to other media outlets and the BBB. In stock regular good price and had the pleasure of working with Rob in mil work . Even with my dry sense of hunger and Wednesdays Adam personality he helped me with a smile and fast tempo even tho he was the only one in his department on a busy weekend . Everything I needed all the way through , making suggestions, upsaleing and not only making sure I had the windows but everything that I needed for the installation too . He working with my payment method considering their contractor center isn't like Home Depot they still make it to where my contractors could pick up what they needed and go. Only to find out that they have been charging me 32% interest the whole time. When I called Lowes they gave me a run around that since I didn't catch the mistake within 60 days of purchase that Im tied to the interest payments. BUYER BEWARE. I WILL NOW BE USING ACE HARDWARE AS MY GO TO AND MAKE IT MY LIFES WORK TO DRAG LOWES NAME THROUGH THE MUD.
