We are a black American couple who was interested in purchasing some heavy duty equipment. But by the looks of it, based on reading previous comments these people might not even be racist. They are just idiotic, incompetent, and negligent. My wife and I walked a portion in 30-35 degree weather, we went inside the sales center, everyone looked up and even made eye contact, however no one greeted us inside or outside. As we continued to walk through the store and figured someone would introduce themselves like most dealerships do, they continued to screw around with other things. Needless to say, no one should be buying from this place, whether you're Black American or White American, these people are as useless as a pocket on a t-shirt. And the pocket is more useful than them. We drove 45 minutes out of the way and passed several other dealerships just to come here. The wife called off work and I cancelled other ventures just to be let down. If Kubota lets these people advertise for them, they will continue to have low sales. I don't care if you sale 1 $80,000.00 tractor every quarter in a half, think about selling dozens every quarter.

Less than 3 months I had a beautiful transformation. My Designer(s), Leahanne, TJ and Veronica were creative and provided knowledge of each step of the process. The contractor (General-Bill, Plumbing-Kevin, Electric-Dan, Tile-Craig/Tody, RCF Paint-Josh) was professional, reliable and efficient with their years if experience. I trusted each of these professionals with the care they brought to my remodel. I told them all I feel like Cinderella with the results! The best choice with my home remodel was with Thompson Price. Answered multiple questions from the salesman over the phone regarding my project--possible wall removal, cabinets and countertops (wasn't set on granite, quartz etc. yet). Was asked my budget over the telephone and when I (reluctantly) told him, I was chuckled at. CASH BUDGET!! We were paying cash. When I called him on this, the salesman said that my budget may be a little low. HOW would he know this if he wouldn't even come to my home to see my kitchen? Would not recommend Thompson Price based solely on this telephone call. Was it because I'm a woman? Or that he didn't like my zip code?
