Followed up with several emails and phone calls and they refused ro get back to me. This morning I finally get another worker on the phone to tell me the windows are discontinued. They literally wasted 2 months of my time, i now need over 30 replacement windows and even though the original windows in my home came from there where the manufacturer knows the sizes i need, i would never THINK of purchasing the replacements here due to there abhorrent customer service. These guys literally do not care about you or your time and to get an attitude on the phone when i was shocked that it took 2 months to hear they were discontinued is extremely disappointing. After my experience with Keith and Richard i will never do business here again

Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!

As a 27 year resident of Mansfield, I've purchased a variety of products from Kirley's. "Back in…read morethe day", stone dust, red brick pavers...masonry stuff. A number of years ago they transformed their dark old office into a nice bright space in order to showcase their pellet stove business. I purchased one of their top of the line stoves about 5 years ago, and run it from October to April. 24 hours a day. On a recent visit, I told them I was having a strange issue with the stove. They told me it was covered under warrantee. The guys came to my house, took the stove to the shop, made the repairs (and a few tweeks) and returned the next day to reinstall. It's back in place, ready to burn! You will not get this service from a big box store.
