My painters were waiting at the job site to get the paint. A woman who eventually identified herself as "The Manager" provided me some of the worst customer service I have ever had from a retail store in many years. Her name is Aliza Aldatzi and she was rude, curt, arrogant and just totally lacking in customer service skill. In the past experiences at this store I have never seen her and my orders were taken by "Johnny". I buy a lot of paint as I remodel homes but I will make sure I avoid this Vista Paint store because who needs more bad service in their lives?

Only thing that could have been better was I wasn't aware of their hours and when he said the paint would be ready in ~30 min I thought about taking my car to a car wash while I waited. Since it was kind of close to closing, it would have been good if the employee had let me know the closing time so I could make sure I didn't wander too far away or get distracted shopping in another store while I waited. Overall pleased with this store and service though. It was my first time visiting. Oh, I also like that they saved my color in their computer so I can ask for it again without bringing in a sample!

Juan was very professional and gave me the same customer focused service that he'd give to all his customers during the business day.
