I told him I was going to make a quick phone call to get the account information. His attitude changed immediately. He became visibly angry and told me he was not going to sell me anything because I was on the phone trying to get the account number. I was surprised and confused by his reaction. I don't know what I did that warranted being treated that way. His behavior felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional, especially for someone in a management position. I hope this matter is taken seriously and reviewed. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. He took full ownership, and when the store didn't have the base paint needed, he personally drove to another location before opening hours, came back to open on time, mixed everything perfectly, and even delivered the order to my home. One of the first things that you notice when you come into this store is the sheer size if the place. It's like a humungous warehouse of paint! The knowledgeable employee behind the counter reccomended a substitute type of paint for the ceilings, so I purchased that. While waiting for my paint to be mixed, I was checking out some of their other products like their paint brushes and tape. It seems like their prices are pretty much the same as the big box hardware store. My paint was prepared in about ,5 minutes, and now my girlfriend and I are ready for the fun part- painting our master bedroom!

I've been here twice since the new year, and with the time it takes to have paint shaken, I know & I've seen that they've taken the time to expertly match paint color from other brands, make sure you purchase the right product, and basically answer any & all questions you have. I recently used up most of that pint of wall paint for repainting a couple of sections of wall in the living room after having the walls ripped open for a custom surround sound speaker cable run for my HD TV setup. I figured I had better get some more of this paint and hold it in reserve just in case (you never know when the manufacturer is going to discontinue a color!). I found that McCormick Paint is not available at Home Depot or Lowe's - you have to go to their own stores. Fortunately, there is one nearby in Manassas. I've gone by here once before on a Saturday afternoon - but they have limited hours on Saturdays - they close at noon. It's located on Route 28 south of Manassas - a bit just past the interchange of Route 28 and the Prince William County Parkway/Route 28 Bypass. So I made a point to get there about 11:30 am this morning. They had what I needed in stock! Picked up a gallon of their "Tempo Premium - Interior Semi Gloss Acrylic Enamel 18012 Designer White." Cost was $33 and change. Guy snagged me a gallon, rang me up, and I was on my way!

I highly recommend this location and I will be coming back in the future for all of my paint/stain needs even though it is further away from where I normally go to.
