This place is amazing! I now consider it my go to Vape shop! Mike and Cameron were so amazing,…read moredetermined to make sure I knew what each item did and how it worked. Mike, may not know it, but I plan on calling him with all my questions when I'm not able to get out to his shop as much as I'd like. He is honest, tells you the truth even if it's not aesthetically what you were hoping for. We just had the Downtown Herndon Fair where the shitty shop that ripped me off and took advantage of my inexperience is located. I made sure to very obviously hand out all the business cards I grabbed from Mike and gloat on what a real vape shop is like. I hope it brings him all the business he deserves! My job allows me the ability to put the word out about business worth supporting. And this is definitely one of them!!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!!!

Products are fine; the customer service is not…read more 1. When I walked in here, there was an open MacBook in the middle of the floor in front of the door. I nearly tripped over it. The manager, who was on the phone, rushed forward. Instead of apologizing for the dangerous placement, began yelling that it was a $2k laptop and if I had stepped on it the store would have been ruined and I would have had to pay for it. Strange start. 2. I looked at a few products and picked up a small plastic packet of CBD. The same manager, on the phone, yelled over to me that I was not allowed to touch products "unless I was accompanied by someone else." It was store policy, they said, and they had to be consistent. After these two bizarre situations, I quickly got my products and left. As a POC, being treated like a criminal for touching a product is unacceptable. And nearly tripping over an open laptop on the floor is not an experience I want to have at my local CBD shop. I will not be returning. *My previous review was taken down for some reason.
