When we asked for the correct batteries with the product he did give us, he gave us a battery box that was half empty. When we asked him to at least refund that batteries we couldn't use he told us he was completely unable to issue any kind of a refund. When we asked him to contact his boss so that we could get that refund he told us to call the cops or get out. We recommend House of Vape in Annandale. At first, the selection was a bit intimidating as they have tons of the PG (Paul Garmirian) line but not much else. However, a quick trip down memory lane on what I enjoyed a few months back at J. Gilberts quickly reminded me that I thought the PG cigars were quite good. You do have a price range - you can get some smaller gauges for around $5 and keep going up in quality and depth to $35 on some. I recommend trying a sampler to get your feel for what you like or have the tobacconists recommend a few smokes based on your preferences. In my opinion, it's fairly priced for what you're getting and it only gets pricey when you start thinking of buying boxes. But if you can't afford to enjoy smoking your money, why are you in the shop to begin with?

Apparently customer service in this store means showing the customer something they aren't interested in and then implying that they are a racist because they don't want it...
