Other places tend to have hidden fees and end up charging you more than originally quoted- so their prices seem cheaper upfront to get your business but ends up being more expensive. Two days later I finally received a call from the sales manager, who asked me if I was an existing customer, or if I would be a new customer. I said I would be a new customer. He told me they aren't accepting any new customers at this time. 1. What do they need a sales manager for if they aren't accepting new customers. 2. Someone should tell the receptionist that they aren't accepting new customers, so she doesn't misinform people who call looking for estimates. Don't bother calling this company. It takes 12 days to find out they aren't looking for new business.

I feel extremely lucky when they send either of them out. Especially Mara. She stands out as being the most competent service tech - of *any company* I have ever dealt with.
