I have come to this location and EASILY worked with prior employees a few years ago to get Mul-T-Lock keys copied and regular keys. But it has been the most unnecessary struggle to ask about an estimate for rekeying doors with a master key (for non-Mul-T-Locks). Even after answering a bunch of questions from Denise B., she still asked me to call. I did call and she was "busy" one time and "on lunch" two minutes after replying to me another time. So then I'm on hold waiting to answer the exact same questions I answered via email. And I talked to Rick, who was responsive via email and guarded in a bizarre way over the phone. Not only did I break down the number of doors and the number of keys, but he just completely refused to answer some estimate questions and claimed I had to pay an $89 service fee just for them to LOOK at the key. Or, talk to Denise B., who always seems to be busy, or Alex (who is apparently out of the office). The customer service rep Emily was absolutely obnoxious and acted like I was asking to speak to a CEO, even after I gave a first and last name for the people I'd spoken to via email. I wish I'd written down the first guy's name because he was very pleasant, patient and informative, but he just didn't know the rest of the prices. I'll get estimates elsewhere. I don't know what has happened with this company in the past four years or why everything is overly complicated, but it was NOT like this in 2021.

I reached out to Aaron when I discovered that my tenants were conducting potentially illegal and…read moredangerous activities in the basement. This somehow seemed to personally offend him. I have worked in the legal field for over a decade and I have never encountered a more rude, sneering and condescending individual. Our first phone conversation was seemingly OK and then it went downhill from there. Afterwards nearly every question I asked was met with disdain. At times he seemed to be on the verge of giving himself an ulcer. He would constantly interrupt and attempt to browbeat. At no point did I feel like this was a lawyer who would have my best interests at heart. My personal favorite moment of our short-lived relationship is when he dramatically sighed and said "Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to do some work for you." I assume no one forced him to be a lawyer. Eventually he decided that we should serve the tenants a termination of lease. He misspelled "dangerous" on the notice. You would think for a 3K retainer he would avoid such sloppy mistakes. He then decided to change his mind at the last minute and that was the final straw. It was my mistake to put up with Aaron's bad behavior but as I was in a time crunch I felt that I had limited options. From the many positives reviews (I assume most of them are real), Aaron does know how to behave like an adult and treat people in a professional and courteous manner. However, if you are one of the people that Aaron decides to show his true and lowly nature to, hang up immediately as this burst hemorrhoid is not worth one second of your time. The only good thing I can say about him is that he gave the retainer back. But I did have to email him for the final installment.
