I truly feared all of my files were gone forever. Wedding pictures, baby photos, and vacations we'd taken over the years. Plus all my music and video files. Adam and the Nerd Rangers saved almost everything for me on a 5TB drive. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I'd called a couple services that would have needed me to mail off the drive and they quoted me much higher rates as their minimums. I'm so glad I found Nerd Rangers. They're local and kept me updated every step of the way. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks again guys!

They ran their tests, charged me a fee and could not replicate the failure. Once I got the computer home, it crashed once the game was being played and they said they did everything they could and I was out of luck. I decided months later to see Adam at nerd rangers. He was very thorough in gaining background on the issue. He asked me whether the other repair shop tried to run the actual game? I was not sure so he went ahead and loaded Fortnite and said he would do his best to replicate the issue. Later that day he reached out to let me know that he believes he found the reason the game crashed (as it did for him) and he felt confident that he fixed the issue. When I went to pick up the computer he reassured me that if for some reason the fix didn't work he would continue to work with me to identify the problem. Happy to report that I've run multiple games with zero crashes and everything is running fine. The level of service, detailed questions and customer care was excellent. Thanks Adam!

David arrived at my house and assessed my situation. We agreed I needed a new computer and he went online to the Apple Store and showed me my options, and I bought the one he recommended. My hard drive was dead, so he got a new one for me. When everything was here he set up my whole system, explained everything in great detail, answered all my questions, and helped me feel comfortable with it all. David is a genius with computers, that goes without saying. He is also friendly, professional, calm, endlessly patient, and a genuinely nice guy. Also, his rates are reasonable and his schedule is flexible to your needs. When I had a glitch--nothing to do with David's work--he drove over and fixed the problem in no time. After I couldn't get a local place to recover my data, I decided to send to them (big mistake of not reading online reviews of them beforehand). They had quoted me over the phone a cost of $395 to $1000 max to recover. After I sent in my drive, they quoted me $2000!!! After I said no, they came back and said they could give me a discount to $1500. I still declined and now they want to charge me $40 to send my drives back (I had sent them 2 drives to place any recovered data on). The rep never told me or quoted me a price that I would have to pay to return my drives. He pointed me to a service agreement wording which was very vague and did not quote a price either. I dropped my Macbook one time and my hard drive failed. I took it to the Mac store downtown and the Macnician, and they were not able to recover the data. I found Ronnie on Thumbtack and he is incredibly personable. He made it incredibly convenient for me to drop off my drive and pick it up from him. He also charged a very reasonable amount for the data recovery (the best quote I had) and was able to recover all of my son's pictures and other archived pictures that I thought were just gone forever. He did all this very quickly (within a week) and just provided excellent service. He is the epitome of what a small business is all about. I highly highly recommend him for your data recovery needs!
