Mary Ann made room for me, gave a full exam, gave me simple exercises to work on at home, and I have been pain free for 24 hours, and counting. Mary Ann is going to give me a referral to a PT closer to my home to continue my recovery. My experience is she is top notch! She knows her way around an injury. I have been seeing a chiropractor for several weeks, with not much improvement. One hour with Mary Ann and I am feeling fit. I walk again with no pain whatsoever. I did the 21 day free trial and was extremely close to signing up fully, but I have a gym in my complex with similar equipment. However, places like O2 (Lifetime, Equinox etc) are much more than a gym, they are an ~experience~ I don't think most people go solely to work out or train, they go for the elevated service/treatment, community, motivation from/of being around others etc. And you definitely get that here at O2. Pricewise is what you would expect from a facility of this caliber, but their prepaid packages do get you some decent savings. The operations staff is nice and friendly - sales people can be a bit aggressive but that's to be expected. Overall, I'd recommend this as a first choice to anyone who does not have a home gym or something readily available in their complex. Google reviews helped me make this decision, and so I felt I should send in my own review to Google + yelp. The people here were so so kind and genuinely got to know you as a person. I was rehabbing my previously sprained ankle and received a list of exercises to do at home and made progress each week. Each week the exercises were in line with the week prior or the intensity was upped to see what I could handle. After about 4-6 weeks of training my ankle is back in place so I can run or do any high intensity exercise. While extremely excited and happy to have my ankle back, I will miss getting to see these people every week.
