Novant is not my first choice in medical care overall. But this particular facility takes horrible interactions to the highest level. Before I chose to review this facility I visited several times to be sure it was not just one off day. It was not. While the therapy person was helpful and very nice. The receptionists were absolutely horrible. They act like people who hate their jobs and have no reason to help the people coming for treatment. He videoed some of the exercises so my husband could see how to help me do them and so I could remember how to do them once I got home. He pulled together all kinds of additional information for me to read that would help me regain strength and mobility.
