He has an excellent "bedside manner," always greeting me with a smile, listening intently to my concerns, and responding appropriately with his feedback and recommendations. I trust his medical advice without question. He has also performed a few injections on my injuries. As with his office nature, Dr. Saullo is always calm and professional and operates excellently, explaining his actions as he goes along. I am very thankful to have him as part of my healthcare team.

She not only provided me with the tools to help me with my pelvic floor issues, she also unbeknownst to her she gave me tools to work with in life. She makes sure the tools are working for you if not she will find it. Then she helps you apply them so you can take it on by yourself once she sets you free. Everyone in the practice seems genuinely interested in my wellbeing. Whether I see Dr. Benfield for my hand, Dr. Norris for my shoulder or one of their respective PA's, I know that I am assured excellent care and attention. The practice itself is located in an easily accessible location that has plenty of parking, a clean and pleasant waiting area, and short wait periods. There is even an Urgent Care for Ortho related injuries located onsite that does not require an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Benfield and Dr. Norris at EmergeOrtho. I started my first ever PT with another business here in town, which had been recommended. I hated the evaluation and the initial visit, where the PT person complained that he hated his job, which was doing paperwork for the insurance company. Lighting was dim, and the room wasn't organized well. I went home and did my homework and found out that group was purchased by an investment firm and because it had "Novant" slapped onto the name, it could change hospital rates even though not a true Novant facility. So I cancelled my upcoming appointments and asked around. Kimmie at Chandler was highly recommended and I have been so thankful for her and the sessions we have done over the past month or so. The space is clean and bright, and organized with therapists and assistants moving about the equipment and making sure that the full range of exercises and procedures are being done correctly and at the appropriate levels. She's never complained about anything. She is always positive and encouraging. Everyone there seems to like each other and things are done as a team. I respect this group , as I feel respected and I am listened to and advised with the best of their ability. If I ever need PT again I know I will be with Chandler. I wish I could give higher than 5 stars.

I tore the meniscus in my right knee in November 2025. I knew exactly what it was, because I had…read moretorn my left meniscus several years earlier. I made an appointment to be seen by one of the PAs. She had them x-ray my knee, to make sure there was no bone issue going on. After a physical exam, she told me that I was correct, it was a torn meniscus. She wanted me to get an MRI done to get a good look at it. She did not provide me with anything to help with my knee in the meantime. When I tore my left meniscus, I had been given a brace to wear by the doctor I saw at their Clemmons location. That helped me to continue to be able to walk. Luckily, I still had that brace, so I just wore it for the same amount of time I had been advised to the previous time. The MRI confirmed the tear. The surgeon I saw when I came in for the results of the MRI gave me two options. One was surgery, where they would use a scope to go into my knee and clean out the loose tissue. He said I would be out of work for 12 weeks, possibly less, if I felt well enough to go back sooner. The second option was physical therapy. He said there was a chance it might not help, and it was a very conservative approach to my condition. I almost felt like he was hoping I would say surgery. I opted for physical therapy. Luckily, it worked, and I do not need surgery.

Dealing with the whole experience has seen a definite drop in care. In their rush to pad their bottom line they rush past your concerns. I have been seeing a chiropractor for several weeks, with not much improvement. One hour with Mary Ann and I am feeling fit. I walk again with no pain whatsoever.
