I came from out of town and drop ins were only $10 which I appreciate. They have a designated powerlifting room with 4 combo racks, 2 deadlift platforms, a monolift and a power cage. They have calibrated Rogue and Ghost plates and the bars to match so this place is the real deal! This place also features the entire line up of Arsenal equipment for body builders as well as posing rooms, they have additional deadlift platforms with bumpers and wagon wheels on the main floor. They have several lanes to do sprints, jumps and more. Tons of cardio equipment, dumbbells and 8 stacks. If I lived here I would totally train here and as a competitive athlete, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. If you're from out of town like I am, this is the place to check out!

Squat racks, smith machines, bench press, weightlifting platforms, any size dumbbell you'll need, turf track, posing room, stretching room, sauna, and so many different machines. Out of all the places I went to when I was gym shopping, this one stood out by far in terms of available equipment. The staff there is pretty nice too! They are pretty helpful whenever I need something, remember my name, and greet me when I come in/leave. Value wise I might be a little biased since I get a discount through work, but it's definitely worth it! There's a lot of gyms that in Greensboro that will charge you more for less.

Pay at the front desk to watch a tournament, rent a court, join a team, or sign up for a cardio fitness membership. The courts are well kept. Basketball hoops can be pulled up to the ceiling. Curtains are used as needed to separate courts and dampen sound. Bathrooms are large and stocked. Toilets are often not flushed. As a result, they would benefit from automatic flushing systems. What I liked most about this facility is the space and volume. The ceilings are high and the facility is spacious. Therefore, sound from cheering fans, yelling coaches, and referee whistling dissipates so you can still hear the announcers and communicate with the people beside you. A cafe is located in the front that offers a variety of brunch foods, beverages, and smoothies. Free WiFi is available inside the complex. The name and password is displayed at the front desk. Note that chairs are not allowed to be brought in for tournaments. They do have benches and 3-tier bleachers on the courts. There is additional seating by the cafe. Overall, a nice and accessible indoor sports complex.

It has all the machines I needed, including all the standard cardio, bench/squat racks, free weights up to 120, an ab area, clean bathrooms/showers, and even a fitness room with on-screen classes. The other members were all very nice and respectful. It's also open literally 24 hours, which is super convenient for when I'm working late or traveling. If you're looking for a quiet, clean place to get in a good workout, check out this place.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Anytime Fitness that left me feeling disrespected…read moreand unwelcome. As a guest, I was approached in a manner that felt like a direct question of my presence--asking for my name and whether I was a member. This encounter felt like racial profiling, especially as I was the only Latino person there at the time. The lack of sensitivity from the staff was astounding. Instead of offering me a free trial day, which they advertise, they chose to question my legitimacy. The gym was virtually empty, with no employees around to assist or engage positively with patrons. To add to my discomfort, the owner had their young children running around while people were trying to work out. This was not only inappropriate but also showcased a lack of professionalism. Ultimately, my partner and I were unjustly kicked out, despite having guest privileges. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service. No one should feel unwelcome or judged while trying to maintain their health and fitness. I hope this feedback encourages them to reassess their approach to treating all guests with respect and kindness. This was a post that was deleted
