Wow, Mount Vernon, you guys are getting fancy can we bring some of this to Centerburg! Lol…read more We happen to be up there running some errands and stop by this wonderful restaurant! I hate that I didn't take pictures, but I was so hungry, I had to eat immediately. I had the steak entrée and my man had the salmon entrée, both exceptional! I mean, the place is a little pricey, but we also had some drinks and very worth it. Excellent service excellent food! Pretty crowded on a Friday night, but we got there around 5:30 PM and sat at the bar in the restaurant. There is a difference! I wonder how crowded it would be at the bar during a Buckeye game. We will be back!

Well I will say it reminds me or a fun bar that would be a modern cheers but with damn good burgers and fries. The service was amazing, I am pretty sure I had 3 different people waiting on me and I am almost sure the owner made sure all went well. I did sit out back since they had live music playing inside and that was a wee too loud for me. I didn't drink any alcohol since I had a 2.5 hour drive home, but if I were staying closer I would have had something with the amazing burger and fries. One of the best cheap burger I have had in a long time. The burger was less than $10 plus the basket of fries less than $5. What a value for your money. It does state cash bar so I assume that means bar and/or food. Glad I always carry cash. If I am in the area and hungry I will be back.

The interior decor is very pleasant and bright. And while it is Mexican-themed, it is a more subdued interior than most Mexican restaurants. The service was EXCELLENT and the food was GREAT. It being Taco Tuesday, my wife had a selection of tacos and all were great. I went for my go-to, a burrito, and was not disappointed. The pulled pork in the burrito was exceptional. It was served with rice and a salsa like salad on the side -- it was great. This location is a bit of a drive compared to their former Polaris location but it was worth the drive.

Food is made fresh and has a good spice on the salsa. Not too hot just right. Sometimes you see the staff walk by with a taco that looks so good, you need to come back. The restaurant has a classic feel with wood featured everywhere, crystal chandeliers providing the lighting, and servers in white shirts and black pants. Very classy without being too stuffy. I don't really bother reviewing food in too much detail since everyone has different tastes. But, I thought it was an excellent meal and would definitely eat there again!
