While Dr. Doscas was a great doctor, I'm puzzled by how this was all handled. I received no email or comms from my doctor, the management team nor was I given any guidance on next steps in switching doctors. This is unacceptable. I should have been proactively notified and should have been made aware of my options ASAP. I called and texted the office several times to speak to Dr. Gorman about my experience but did not receive a call back. Instead, I received an impersonal, cold and sterile letter a few days later notifying me that I needed to find another doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone given the sloppy nature of my situation was managed- it's completely unacceptable.

The confirmation email I received listed only the appointment time, address, and parking information -- it contained no mention of any consultation fee. On the day of the visit I was charged $750. When I questioned the amount, I was told that was the correct fee based on our prior conversation. I left the experience feeling the consultation fee had not been clearly or accurately disclosed in advance. The office itself also raised concerns. There was no secretary or front-desk staff, and the space is shared with a beauty salon, chiropractic office, and other services. All communication was handled directly by the doctor. The lack of transparent pricing has left me with no choice but to file a claim in small claims court to resolve the matter.

Not only was I able to get a sooner appointment closer to home, that wasn't rescheduled, but I also was given clear directions, thankfully. I was told to make sure I had someone drive me home, which was accurate as I wasn't able to drive for at least 2 days after the treatment and was told to stay off my feet for at least 2 days after the treatment. Does this doctor want people to purposefully worsen their physical conditions so she can repeatedly inject them and prescribe them with pain medication? Not only that, but Dr. Massih was impatient and rushed her appointment. How can you get to understand your patient's issues if you don't give them the time to explain their ailments? And even with the limited time she gave my mother, she would talk over her and ignore her concerns. She even angrily opened up the appointment by asking my mother "why [she] was even here." And when my mother asked Dr. Massih to explain the side effects of a certain procedure, Dr. Massih insisted that she would only tell her once they were cleared to do the procedure. On the last time I saw him he did the same thing and I asked him " why are you playing with those, are you wanting to give me a shot?" he replied, and asked me in his words " have I have already given you one" I flipped and asked him no not ask him I told him you don't remember the first time you gave me that shot? And then he said to me " why are you here?" Are you joking?
