Long overdue post! I first came to Lindell Chiropractic last year for an injury months before running the Boston Marathon. I had read about shockwave therapy and this popped up on Yelp. Kerry was very thorough and talked me through everything. I went back to her frequently. Within a few weeks, coupled with PT, my Dorsiflexor pain was alleviated. Fast forward to this year, again a few months before the same marathon, I came to see Kerry for heel pain. Kerry was really good with allowing me to tell her where the pain was and she was knowledgeable in using shockwave on other muscles that may be causing the heel pain. Again, coupled with PT, I was able to have a month of training before the marathon. Kerry would also go out of her way to email me other methods to heal my injury. I highly recommend seeing her! read more

I began seeing Kerry, chiropractor, three months ago for a painful lower‑back issue. She helped relieve the pain right away, and since then has been working with me consistently to improve my posture and overall well‑being. Her approach is highly professional, attentive, and truly patient‑focused. Thanks to her care, I feel significantly better and continue to benefit from regular twice‑monthly sessions. I strongly recommend Dr Lindell to anyone dealing with pain, discomfort, or posture‑related issues. Her expertise and dedication make a real difference in long‑term health and quality of life. read more

Excellent adjustments. Feels like Family when I'm here. This is the best feeling of relief from pain that I have ever experienced.

Dr. Lindell has been very instrumental in addressing both some chronic and acute skeletal and muscular issues in the years I've been under her care. The deep shockwave therapy that she uses as a tool (in addition to adjustments) has addressed a couple of long term nagging issues and has been immensely successful! read more

I had suffered from ankle pain for years, had been to physical therapy received PRP treatment from a sport medicine doctor which helped a lot, but never to the point that I was pain free. It was frustrating and expensive because I had very limited choice in footwear. I went Dr. Lindell and she treated my ankles with extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT), it was l like magic! After a handful of treatments, I could do my daily walks with no pain, my ankles didn't throb at night, and recently I was able to attend a black tie wedding in cute shoes without pain! read more

I had been in pain for several weeks following some volunteer trail-clearing work I had done that involved using a heavy hoe to move rocks, dirt and roots. After you had me lie on the back-massaging machine and then adjusted my upper spine and neck, the pain immediately improved and then cleared up within a few days. It was a real relief and I can sleep more comfortably at night now as well. Thank you! read more

I've been seeing Kerry Lindel for chiropractic care for the past 27 years, and I can confidently say she excels at what she does. Kerry consistently provides focused, effective treatment--she listens carefully, addresses the specific issue, and doesn't waste time on anything unnecessary. Over the years, she's helped me with back, leg, and shoulder problems, always with excellent results. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for skilled, thoughtful chiropractic care. read more

This Chiropractor is a fraud. She tried to sell me services as soon as I walked in claiming that her machines would fix the posture. I'm a body builder, and I have absolutely no issues with my posture and was confirmed by 5 different Chiropractors. She charged me $300 for the first visit while she only spent about 10 minutes on me doing a useless adjustment. read more

Dr.Kerry is amazing! I saw her prenatal and post partum and she was able to see my newborn. She's so thoughtful and helpful. She definitely knows what she is doing and helped tremendously during and after my pregnancy. read more

Dr. Lindell has been a great discovery for me and I can only praise her care. I went to her for a somewhat chronic sciatic issue. The first treatment really brought things into alignment. The difference in my discomfort was miraculous. I will continue to get maintenance from her to keep this chronic issue at bay. I highly recommend her. Very knowledgeable and professional. read more

After my bilateral total knee replacement surgery on 2/24/2020 and having all Northern California Hospitals close 2 weeks post-surgery due to the pandemic (only life or death or COVID patients were allowed in hospitals then) I went without any physical therapy (PT) for 6 months. The scar tissue around both operation sites was extensively prolific. Even after my manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) and 6 months of PT, my flexion and extension were severely compromised (along with other connected limitations). After only 5-7 shock-wave sessions: I no longer felt the pain when flexing or extending; the mass numbness around the surgery sites minimized dramatically, and my limping also decreased quite a measurable degree. I recommend sessions of shock-wave to anyone who unfortunately is dealing with scar tissue discomfort and limitations like the type that I went through. You will know and see the difference in your body. Good luck! read more

I made an appointment online by choosing the service and picking from the available time provided. Easy. I got a confirmation back. Nice. I arrived early to fill in the inevitable paperwork. Responsible. However, I was the only easy, nice and responsible party. When i arrived the guy at the front desk looks at me, says nothing, turns his back on me, and walks away. Kind of rude. The doctor comes to the front and says (literally) "Who are you?!?". Also, kind of rude. What about "hi" or "how may I help" - that would be a nice way to greet somebody. I give my name and she asks if I was the one who reserved online. This is where the asinine part begins. She says "we didn't know you were coming". Really? I find that hard to believe, since you knew I was the one who reserved online. She then tells me that I reserved the wrong service and so she can't see me. Really? I reserved the exact service that I needed. She tells me she just doesn't have any time today and I have to come back another day. Really? I have a confirmation that says I'm here at exactly the right time and that you have an hour. How colossally rude and unprofessional. They wait till I get all the way there to tell me that there was a scheduling conflict because they can't be bothered to pick up the telephone or send an email. Rude and asinine. read more

I cannot thank Dr. Lindell enough!!! I used to be a runner, but have had chronic neck pain for 17 years. I have not been able to run in 17 years because 2 steps would send me into excruciating pain. I have seen countless chiropractors and medical doctors over the years. I have also tried pilates and physical therapy. Some things were a bit helpful, but none of them allowed me to run or jump without immediate severe pain. I have been seeing Dr. Lindell for a bit less then a month (3 times a week). Today I went for a run!!! No pain!!! I am not saying that everything is perfect yet and I will still be seeing her regularly. However, in less than a month she got me to a place where I can do something that I have been longing to do for 17 years!!! read more

Dr. Lindell was the best Chiropractic, my son had short time vacation in California, in that short time she was able to help him with his lumbar back pain. Dr. Kerry Lindell provides excellent Chiropractic and Biophysics treatments. Her ability to provide back and neck adjustments is top notch and I say this with confidence as my uncle is a chiropractor and I was raised around this sort of physical care. I mentioned Biophysics earlier because this is a unique aspect of chiropractic work; it focuses on correcting posture, and Dr. Lindell is one of the few people who provide it! Ultimately, I feel safe with Dr. Lindell and can really tell that she knows here stuff. You can learn more about the advanced treatments she provides at her website here: http://www.kerrychiro.com/ Good luck! read more

Dr. Lindell is one of the best Chiropractors I've ever been to. I came to her with a stiff neck and after her initial consultation and manipulations, I felt instantly better. When I hurt my back early last year I thought with a little rest and some stretching it will go away naturally. Wrong! It didn't go away naturally, it got worse! It happened on a Saturday morning and I couldn't get a Chiro the next day because no one works on Sunday. Early morning Monday I called my regular Palo Alto Chiro and she was on a seminar that week. I don't think I could wait until she gets back so I started looking for a female Chiro available in the area. I left a message and I got a call back - one client cancelled and she got me in right away. I had a wonderful connection immediately with Dr. Lindell after our first meeting. She was genuinely kind and caring, sincere and so down to earth. I felt comfortable and safe. All my worries with my neck injury or back pain were relieved the first day! My appointment was 3 times a week and I actually looked forward to my neck adjustments. What a Relief! She found the tightest muscle in my back, lower back, lower neck and every where in between. My X-ray proved that I needed a lot of help. I hurt my back carrying 10 lbs of weight with one arm coming from a sports store. I am a little person and I'm one of those over achiever who thinks she can. I've had great results from Dr. Lindell, she had made me feel strong, comfortable and I trusted her 100% of the time when I'm under her care. There were times that I have taken a couple of naps on the bed with rollers on your back. So thankful to have found Dr. Lindell, she is the Best! I've had several Chiropractors before but not from a Sports Therapist who understood my needs. I referred my husband to her and he is also thankful that she found what was causing him to have headaches all these years. He used to walk with his shoulders leaning to the right. After several appointments, by correcting his posture and many adjustments later, his posture is improving. His headache is gone too. If you work out in the gym and you are a sports enthusiast, there will be times that your muscles might be tight or too tired to continue. Why not call Dr. Lindell and pay her a visit? Having a regular visit once a month or more with a Chiro would help our body reach its maximum potential. Thanks to Dr. Lindell, I can continue my U-Jam Fitness and other classes in the gym for my exercise. Review for Kerry Lindell Dr. Lindell is a very caring and competent chiropractor. She listens carefully to each patient's needs. Assesses the needs of each individual patient. Uses a breadth and depth of therapies that you may not have thought of yourself, and produces results in terms of pain relief and on-going maintenance. If you ever had a vision of what "most" chiropractors do, think again. Kerry is quite unique as a chiropractor and will surprise you with her experience, and excellent care. I highly recommend Kerry Lindell as your next Chiropractor. She is the best! read more

Been going for months now. Great results and instant help treatmants! Dr. Kerry has the skills and great touch.

After dealing with a chiropractor in south san jose for years and years, I figured I'd try the chiropractor literally down the street from my house and I've found Dr. Lindell and Jose in the front office to be great on all fronts. She's personable and knowledgeable and very friendly and really wants to help lessen the pain. She offers many different physical solutions and also some homeopathic solutions, one of which completely blew my non-believing self away! I usually call or email her when I feel sore or in need of an adjustment at the time and they always finds a way to fit me in. She works Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and I'd recommend her for all types of maladies and pain. They also bill your insurance for you which is a fading service in the medical business. Thanks Dr. Lindell! read more

Kerry Lindell is fabulous! She is kind, attentive, and thorough. I came in with Severe Fibromyalgia and some serious back issues. She took the time to talk to my doctors and to personalize my treatment. She was so kind to her patients and very patient with me when I had to reschedule a few times. I really like her personality and she made me feel comfortable in not so comfortable situations. Her back and neck adjustments are great. She communicated the entire time she is doing something. I fel safe with Dr. Lindell and I know she cares. Also, the office is well maintained, clean and has lots of space and equipment,. The decor is adorable. She is just great all around! read more

I've been visiting Dr. Lindell since 2001. My experience has been very positive. Many years ago, I was under her care on an ongoing basis, now its more one off. But it says something that I will still happily drive down from SSF to her Mountain View practice when I need to. She is intuitive with her hands in locating tightness, following it to the problem area and making the necessary adjustments. My issue is in my cervical area, and it is not easy to trust someone to mess around up in there. She has the ethos of a healer. read more

Dr. Lindell totally rocks! My daughter had a neck injury, which was very scary for us. She could barely sit up, but Dr. Lindell was able to locate the problem and get her back on her feet in no time. She saw us during non-office hours and explained everything patiently and kindly to my daughter (and her freaked-out mom). Dr. Lindell is very knowledgeable, especially regarding sports-related injuries. We can't recommend her highly enough!! read more

If you are browsing yelp looking for a sign, a signal, something to steer you into making the right decision then you should know this about chiropractic, it's a subtle art form that under the best of circumstances is provided by only a few truly competent practitioners and Dr Kerry is definitely one of the best. When she cradles your neck in her hands you immediately feel her intent to heal that which ails. And so honest, too, and really good at adjusting necks - she's bailed me out of a lot of pain with mine (from reading in bed, I suppose) and I'm a chiropractor myself and wouldn't go to just anybody, believe me. read more

Can't say enough great things about Dr Kerry and her chiropractic service! Seen many chiropractors in my day; this is the first one who tackles the root of the issue and uses various tractions to help correct posture rather than just adjust to make you feel better. My forward head is gone, and I no longer have the hump at the base of my neck. She's wonderful if you want to fix, and not just live with, your postural misalignments. read more

I originally started going to Kerry in the 90s and continued with her for quite a while. I made a switch to someone with a more convenient location when I changed jobs. Ultimately I was gone a few years, but returned to Kerry after realizing that I was missing her method of chiropractic. Kerry listens, helps to solve my problems, and has introduced me to a variety of other healthful solutions for my various issues :-) She's a very pragmatic person and I completely trust her. She's helped me feel better with all sorts of issues from musculo skeletal to whole body and I always value her opinion. She's got an open office plan which sometimes weirds people out, especially with the traction devices, but it's actually a nice comfortable atmosphere. read more

This was my first visit ever to a Chiropractor and I was a bit nervous. I woke up with terrible back pain and needed to get in right away. I called and Dr. Lindell was able to get me in that morning. Thank goodness because I don't think I could of waited. She was very gentle with my neck and back adjustments and made good recommendations for the healing process. Dr. Lindell even called me later on that day just to see how I was doing. I went in the next morning for a follow up and she commented on how I looked like a different person( because I wasn't in pain and I was smiling). Thank you so much Dr. Lindell. read more

Good chiropractor, but if there are a lot of patients (and there are most of the time), you will get less time with the doctor and more time with machines (which in my case did very little). read more

Awesome Chiropractor. She did and x-ray to see what was wrong with my neck and back. She then did soft tissue work to loosen the muscle before adjustment. After adjustment she did another extra to see how my spine looked . I could compeltely see a change. I highly recommend her. read more

Absolutely love coming here. I know Kerry for 10 years and she is always very friendly, efficient, and result focused. I recently had a car accident and was in pain and Kerry treated me at the weekend as I had to travel overseas. I really appreciate to get in soon enough when I had my back pain increasing after this incident. I consider myself healthy and exercise 4 days a week. I felt so much better after 3 visits, and I think she really cares about my well-being and not try to being pushy on their service at all. Kerry knows the right techniques and was efficient in adjusting my back and neck. Thanks to Kerry, I am back to be happy and healthy with my back now :) read more

I have been seeing Dr. Lindell since 2010 and I think she is an outstanding chiropractor. I have had many friends and roommates over the decades who are DCs so I have experienced many different treatment modalities, some that worked and others that did not, and I consistently find Dr. Lindell's technique and advice to be very effective in supporting me maintaining my health. I can always get an appointment when I need one, she takes the time to find out what's going on, and her recommendation of a Tempru-Pedic pillow eliminated a longstanding pain I had in my neck and shoulder and improved how well I sleep. I recommended Dr. Lindell to a friend at the gym who was seeing a physical therapist for neck pain and after seeing Dr. Lindell he was able to return to the gym and increase his workout, which is a result his physical therapist was not able to give him. Being healthy and pain free are high priorities in my life and Dr. Lindell is a key member of my health maintenance team. read more

This review is long overdue. Dr. Lindell is one of the most professional and friendly chiropractors in the industry. Her primary focus is to have you leaving her office with a smile, and she achieves that every time. I work at Google, so I'm regularly sitting at my desk for extended periods of time. My appointments once a week are heaven sent. If you're looking for a friendly and professional chiropractor, Lindell Chiropractic is the place to be. read more

Awesome doctor and great adjustor. I have been in lucille packard childrens hospital for the last 11 days and needed an adjustment really badly. My daughter has been in intensive care unit for that. And I threw out my rib. And I was looking around for a Chiropractor when I saw them across the street. I went in and spoke to the doctor which she was very kind. I told her about my situation and needed an adjustment being i have been staying in the hospital over 18hrs a day for the past 11 days. She quickly assess me and gave me an awesome adjustment. By the time I walked out of her office I felt great and rejuvenated. Thank you Dr I appreciate the help. Anyone interested in a great adjustment please visit her. read more

Dr. Lindell allayed my fear of chiropractic care at my first visit. I had come in with an accumulation of neck and shoulder pain that kept me from a good night's sleep. I liked that she did a thorough diagnostic on the first visit. I found out I had other alignment issues that were causing me to have poor posture. After a few visits, the neck and shoulder pain disappeared and the best result is night after night of pain-free sleep. She is very gentle but strong, relaxed, and a great listener. She has also helped with a knee and lower back injury. read more

Dr. Kerry is miraculous and extremely knowledgable in what she does. She has a true passion for overall health and well-being, and leads by example as well. Her care and compassion eminates from her person and is expressed with each treatment she performs. Since having gone through her therapy program and incorporating routine monthly follow-up visits since February of this year, my 6-year old son has been seizure-free for the past 6 months; at his worst he was regularly having at least 4 seizures daily. It speaks volumes when other local business owners and leaders seek out her care so that we may in turn take care of our business. read more

I have known Dr. Lindell for close to 30 years now, and I have to say that she has an amazing healing touch. I have personally benefitted from her gift over these years since she has treated my chronic back problem off and on during this period. I know that it sounds corny, but one only has to watch the smiley faces on her customers to know that when you have arrived at her office that you have also entered a special zone of positivity where healing and happiness seem to be the only options. When I leave, I feel better not only physically, but emotionally, as well. Dr. Lindell has always treated me quite fairly when it comes to billing. Of course, she has to be paid, but my health always has come first for her. I really appreciate her care and concern for her patients. Dr. Lindell is always learning new things and takes the extra effort to make her practice up to date and even cutting edge in some areas. If I don't see Dr. Lindell for an extended period of time, I'm usually amazed at the new things she is doing with her practice. It's nice to know that my chiropractor doesn't solely rely on thirty year old knowledge and techniques. I fully endorse Dr. Lindell without any hesitation. We are blessed to have her helping us. read more

In May 2015, I came to Dr. Lindell in terrible neck pain and received complete relief from her excellent and effective care. Previous treatment prescribed by my primary care physician included pain medications and months of painful physical therapy, both made my pain WORSE. It was terrifying it hurt so bad. The FIRST thing Dr. Lindell did was take an x-ray that revealed the cause of the pain. She went right to work, gently and effectively. From the very first adjustment, the relief was remarkable. I have continued regular treatments ever since to maintain this freedom, and my general health has improved on many levels. I am very grateful to be PAIN FREE and feel like I can do ANYTHING. I enthusiastically and whole-heartedly give Dr. Lindell my highest possible recommendation. Teresa A., Mountain View read more

I came to Dr Kerry with a messed up back and neck despite years of chiropractic adjustments (strong back spasms several times a year kept me in bed for several days at a time... not fun). Her approach is to work on *fixing* the issues as opposed to the standard chiro treatment to feel better in the short term. My spasms disappeared a couple of years ago and I have been marching steadily with her toward perfect alignment, much less pain and restful sleep. The most recent x rays show that I'm right where I should be! She's awesome at what she does, and works with you to move you ever forward in recouping your health. I recommend her without reservation! read more

I'm still getting over the injury Dr Lindell caused me two years ago. She had told me one leg was longer than the other so she gave me a lift in my shoe. The lift was way too big of an increase and wearing it during exercise caused my Achilles tendon to tear. When I went to physical therapy for my Achilles tendon they told me that my legs were in fact the same length, I just needed a pelvis adjustment- something Dr Lindell apparently couldn't do. I wish she would've just told me she couldn't help instead of making me worse. It's taken 2 years and my tendon is still painful every day. She also popped a blood vessel in my toe when she tried to crack them, which was something I did not ask her to do. I also overheard her say she didn't vaccinate her children. I would not trust an anti-vaxer's medical opinion! How do you study biology and then become anti-medicine?! Anyway, I do not trust her medical opinion and wish I never spent so much money just to feel worse. read more
