Long overdue post! I first came to Lindell Chiropractic last year for an injury months before running the Boston Marathon. I had read about shockwave therapy and this popped up on Yelp. Kerry was very thorough and talked me through everything. I went back to her frequently. Within a few weeks, coupled with PT, my Dorsiflexor pain was alleviated. Fast forward to this year, again a few months before the same marathon, I came to see Kerry for heel pain. I had suffered from ankle pain for years, had been to physical therapy received PRP treatment from a sport medicine doctor which helped a lot, but never to the point that I was pain free. This Chiropractor is a fraud. She tried to sell me services as soon as I walked in claiming that her machines would fix the posture. I'm a body builder, and I have absolutely no issues with my posture and was confirmed by 5 different Chiropractors. She charged me $300 for the first visit while she only spent about 10 minutes on me doing a useless adjustment. read more

After my bilateral total knee replacement surgery on 2/24/2020 and having all Northern California Hospitals close 2 weeks post-surgery due to the pandemic (only life or death or COVID patients were allowed in hospitals then) I went without any physical therapy (PT) for 6 months. The scar tissue around both operation sites was extensively prolific. Even after my manipulation under anesthesia (MUA) and 6 months of PT, my flexion and extension were severely compromised (along with other connected limitations). After only 5-7 shock-wave sessions: I no longer felt the pain when flexing or extending; the mass numbness around the surgery sites minimized dramatically, and my limping also decreased quite a measurable degree. I recommend sessions of shock-wave to anyone who unfortunately is dealing with scar tissue discomfort and limitations like the type that I went through. I made an appointment online by choosing the service and picking from the available time provided. Easy. I got a confirmation back. Nice. I arrived early to fill in the inevitable paperwork. Responsible. However, I was the only easy, nice and responsible party. When i arrived the guy at the front desk looks at me, says nothing, turns his back on me, and walks away. Kind of rude. The doctor comes to the front and says (literally) "Who are you?!?". Also, kind of rude. What about "hi" or "how may I help" - that would be a nice way to greet somebody. I give my name and she asks if I was the one who reserved online. This is where the asinine part begins. She says "we didn't know you were coming". Really? I find that hard to believe, since you knew I was the one who reserved online. She then tells me that I reserved the wrong service and so she can't see me. Really? I reserved the exact service that I needed. She tells me she just doesn't have any time today and I have to come back another day. Really? I have a confirmation that says I'm here at exactly the right time and that you have an hour. How colossally rude and unprofessional. They wait till I get all the way there to tell me that there was a scheduling conflict because they can't be bothered to pick up the telephone or send an email. Rude and asinine. read more

I cannot thank Dr. Lindell enough!!! I used to be a runner, but have had chronic neck pain for 17 years. I have not been able to run in 17 years because 2 steps would send me into excruciating pain. I have seen countless chiropractors and medical doctors over the years. I have also tried pilates and physical therapy. Some things were a bit helpful, but none of them allowed me to run or jump without immediate severe pain. I have been seeing Dr. Lindell for a bit less then a month (3 times a week). She's personable and knowledgeable and very friendly and really wants to help lessen the pain. When I hurt my back early last year I thought with a little rest and some stretching it will go away naturally. Wrong! It didn't go away naturally, it got worse! It happened on a Saturday morning and I couldn't get a Chiro the next day because no one works on Sunday. Early morning Monday I called my regular Palo Alto Chiro and she was on a seminar that week. I don't think I could wait until she gets back so I started looking for a female Chiro available in the area. I left a message and I got a call back - one client cancelled and she got me in right away. I had a wonderful connection immediately with Dr. Lindell after our first meeting. She was genuinely kind and caring, sincere and so down to earth. I felt comfortable and safe. All my worries with my neck injury or back pain were relieved the first day! My X-ray proved that I needed a lot of help. I hurt my back carrying 10 lbs of weight with one arm coming from a sports store. I am a little person and I'm one of those over achiever who thinks she can. I've been visiting Dr. Lindell since 2001. My experience has been very positive. Many years ago, I was under her care on an ongoing basis, now its more one off. But it says something that I will still happily drive down from SSF to her Mountain View practice when I need to. She is intuitive with her hands in locating tightness, following it to the problem area and making the necessary adjustments. My issue is in my cervical area, and it is not easy to trust someone to mess around up in there. She has the ethos of a healer. read more

Absolutely love coming here. I know Kerry for 10 years and she is always very friendly, efficient, and result focused. I recently had a car accident and was in pain and Kerry treated me at the weekend as I had to travel overseas. This was my first visit ever to a Chiropractor and I was a bit nervous. I woke up with terrible back pain and needed to get in right away. I called and Dr. Lindell was able to get me in that morning. I have been seeing Dr. Lindell since 2010 and I think she is an outstanding chiropractor. I have had many friends and roommates over the decades who are DCs so I have experienced many different treatment modalities, some that worked and others that did not, and I consistently find Dr. Lindell's technique and advice to be very effective in supporting me maintaining my health. I can always get an appointment when I need one, she takes the time to find out what's going on, and her recommendation of a Tempru-Pedic pillow eliminated a longstanding pain I had in my neck and shoulder and improved how well I sleep. I recommended Dr. Lindell to a friend at the gym who was seeing a physical therapist for neck pain and after seeing Dr. Lindell he was able to return to the gym and increase his workout, which is a result his physical therapist was not able to give him. Awesome doctor and great adjustor. I have been in lucille packard childrens hospital for the last 11 days and needed an adjustment really badly. My daughter has been in intensive care unit for that. And I threw out my rib. And I was looking around for a Chiropractor when I saw them across the street. I went in and spoke to the doctor which she was very kind. In May 2015, I came to Dr. Lindell in terrible neck pain and received complete relief from her excellent and effective care. I have known Dr. Lindell for close to 30 years now, and I have to say that she has an amazing healing touch. I have personally benefitted from her gift over these years since she has treated my chronic back problem off and on during this period. I know that it sounds corny, but one only has to watch the smiley faces on her customers to know that when you have arrived at her office that you have also entered a special zone of positivity where healing and happiness seem to be the only options. I came to Dr Kerry with a messed up back and neck despite years of chiropractic adjustments (strong back spasms several times a year kept me in bed for several days at a time... not fun). Her approach is to work on *fixing* the issues as opposed to the standard chiro treatment to feel better in the short term. My spasms disappeared a couple of years ago and I have been marching steadily with her toward perfect alignment, much less pain and restful sleep. I'm still getting over the injury Dr Lindell caused me two years ago. She had told me one leg was longer than the other so she gave me a lift in my shoe. The lift was way too big of an increase and wearing it during exercise caused my Achilles tendon to tear. When I went to physical therapy for my Achilles tendon they told me that my legs were in fact the same length, I just needed a pelvis adjustment- something Dr Lindell apparently couldn't do. I wish she would've just told me she couldn't help instead of making me worse. It's taken 2 years and my tendon is still painful every day. She also popped a blood vessel in my toe when she tried to crack them, which was something I did not ask her to do. I also overheard her say she didn't vaccinate her children. I would not trust an anti-vaxer's medical opinion! How do you study biology and then become anti-medicine?! Anyway, I do not trust her medical opinion and wish I never spent so much money just to feel worse. read more
