Everything I learned from her almost 4.5 years ago has still stuck with me to this day. I even occasionally refer to her emails and notes when I need to remember something regarding food planning/nutrition. I made great progress when I started with her in 2021 to 2023, which was when I did a lot of endurance training. I dialed back on my fitness the past year and a half and didn't stay on a consistent nutrition plan, so my body comp has changed a bit since previous years. Nothing drastic, but I'm back to being consistent and motivated to make some positive changes this year. I would not have been as easily motivated without Madeleine's previous coaching!!! I found it so easy to bounce back into a consistent food routine. She instilled in me a lasting lifestyle change and a shift in perspective when it comes to fueling and eating that truly sticks over the years. It was so easy to remember her simple and realistic tips - food swaps to get more protein into each meal, being mindful of hunger cues, and healthy snack swaps. It's amazing how these simple changes can make an impact on your daily macros. In this day and age with social media advice and AI meal planning, the value of having a supportive and knowledgeable real human who can individually tailor and guide your nutrition goals accurately is so apparent. Plus, having someone there to answer your questions at any time in between your coaching sessions gives you that extra oomph of support. If you are considering using Results Food Coaching, I would stop your search here and get in touch with the team right now!!

Her approach is to be more mindful and conscious about eating nutrient-dense foods, without feeling bad or guilty. She meets you where you are, and is completely realistic about goals. I've learned valuable skills from Jill that are sustainable for the long term and I've already noticed a difference in how I feel physically, mentally and emotionally -- and that, is one of the best things I've learned from her. She's incredibly supportive, positive and provides the right amount of guidance and validation that helps me stay motivated and on track. One thing I appreciated is that she even helped coach me before I set off on vacation -- which, as we all know, can be a troublesome area when it comes to eating well. (Side note: I was still able to splurge and did not feel bad about it!) Since most nutritionists are not covered by insurance (unless you have a medical need/referral from physician), I found her plans to be some of the most affordable out there. But that said, I'd pay even more for her expertise and support. She's just that awesome.

This review is long overdue. Ellen has been guiding me towards better health for over a year now…read more When I came to her I was stressed, frequently bloated, had fatigue all day long, and had stomach issues that weren't going away. I tried to "fix" myself by trying to eat healthy (I loved fatty foods, but my cholesterol was/is high so I became a vegetarian for a while to try to help lower my cholesterol) and exercise, but despite that, I was still bloated and tired all day. Ellen has a whole system worked out to determine the root cause of health issues that arise. Based on my lab work, she designed a protocol that was tailored to fit me and my health goals. Throughout the process, we had check-ins where I could update her on how I was feeling and see if anything needed to be adjusted. I've been committed to her protocols for over a year now and my health is better than ever. My bloating is gone, I have more consistent energy throughout the day, my stomach aches have all but gone away, and bonus- I've lost a bunch of weight. I'm nearly down to the weight I was in the military in my early 20s, something I was never able to achieve on my own when I got out. Ellen's recommendations are dynamic and tailored, and she considers the person as a whole. Her help has been so vital for me that I'm going to continue working with her until the foreseeable future; my labs are getting to where they need to be, but in the meantime I appreciate being able to reach out to her with questions from the patient portal, getting periodic labwork to check progress, getting access to reduced- price supplements, and having access to see if she recommends any minor adjustments to my protocol. 100% recommend!

You have a wonderful way of listening and assessing and getting at the root of issues in a warm and open way. And now I know about you too! You are one intelligent, knowledgeable, nutritionist! But you are more than that! What I learned first from you is nothing is fixed immediately. Although sometimes it is! You helped me see that, and you taught me, by your example, of perseverance, patience and knowledge, - to not give up. And if I was giving up well- you were NOT!. You are resolute in finding solutions if it's a new issue, or even if it's an old issue - and we try again in new ways. My first experience with Dana…read more Dear Dana! I wanted to thank you for taking the time to do a foot zone for me and help me release some of the emotions I've been carrying. As I walked out the door and sat in my car, I immediately felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. The emotional heaviness I had been carrying seemed to melt away. That night I slept well and woke up feeling calm and at peace. The chaos that had been swirling around in my mind has quieted, and even my heart feels lighter. I truly appreciate the care and compassion you showed me. This was my experience the second time I saw Dana. Good morning, Dana! I wanted to let you know that I started work this week, and I had such a different experience than I've had in the past. For 25 years, I've had "teacher dreams" where I'm unprepared or have the wrong class. I usually wake up feeling anxious or nervous about all the tasks and work ahead, which can leave me feeling overwhelmed. This week, though, I felt grounded, calm, and peaceful. I truly attribute that to the two sessions of foot zoning and Emotion Code, which helped me begin my work week in such a restful state of mind. Thank you again for your help! I've also been using the Emotion Code strategy when I notice negative thoughts starting to snowball. It helps me refocus my mind before I get into a frustrated or overwhelmed state and brings me back to a sense of calm. I'm really grateful for the difference it has made!

In one of our sessions, she helped me uncover a deeply buried trauma I had carried for years. I was able to bring it to the surface, process it, and begin creating a new emotional connection around that memory. It was a powerful experience I'll never forget. Dana's work goes far beyond Foot Zoning. Her ability to integrate the physical and emotional aspects of healing is truly a gift, and I'm deeply grateful for the way she has supported my health and well-being over the years

Both times, I hesitated because of the cost -- I told myself I was already paying for insurance, so why pay out of pocket for something extra? That decision cost me more than money. I've been dealing with serious health issues since 2018, and I didn't see real progress in my treatment until I finally integrated Shanti into my care team. After a few years working with her, I'm in the best health I can remember in years -- and honestly, the turnaround still shocks me. Shanti has been the cornerstone connecting the dots across a complicated health picture: major weight and puffiness fluctuations, food reactions and allergies, MCAS/histamine issues, mold, migraines, headaches, and joint pain -- all while juggling multiple doctors and endless investigative work. She's been there on the days I could barely move or eat, in real pain and down, and she's helped me build a fuller care team rather than trying to be everything herself. She got me OFF the endless cycle of adding supplements and protocols, and taught me to simplify and actually listen to my body. She's patient, she remembers every detail of my history so I never feel like a number, and she adapts to what's realistic for me rather than forcing one rigid method or diet. We've also gone deeper than the physical -- into the inner work of trauma, stress, and old patterns -- and worked through how my health connects to my marriage, family, work, and travel. I'm so grateful for my work with Shanti. It has been life changing. I wouldn't be able to propel into my next steps in life without the rigor and resilience of our time together.

What sets Shanti apart is her whole-body, natural approach. She's not someone who pushes a Western medicine fix for everything--she's incredibly attuned to the body's natural rhythms and honors the simplicity and wisdom of how we're built. She challenges me in the best ways, always pushing me toward actual growth while being emotionally supportive and truly caring along the way. And honestly--her approach works. I've been dealing with insulin resistance and hormonal shifts, and in just two months I've experienced a major, positive transformation in how I feel and how my body functions. I first worked with Shanti before my wedding and reached my goals, and came back to her when I decided to come off birth control. The results have been even more powerful the second time around.
