I accompanied my friend in a wheelchair to the office and the DC was so nice and made my friend feel so comfortable by working on her . He also recommended things she could do to strengthen her limbs. The office staff was also very supportive. We had problems with the para transit van and needed to reschedule last minute and they accommodated us. We will continue to work with this office. read more

I got my left shoulder injury from playing golf tournament through 18 holes with pain on 8/1/26. I went to see Dr Tan at Tritan Chiropractic based on very good reviews on 8/10. He told me that if he had an X ray machine he would have taken some X rays but he didn't say he had authority to prescribe. He put some cream and massaged my left shoulder. He showed me to do some exercises using a resistance band twice a day at home. Next visit, I told him that it hurt when using the resistance band so I did exercises without it. At 4 week visit, he told me to do those exercises with the resistance band even it hurt and used ice pack after exercises. He told me that my injury was 2 on the scale of 1 to 4 and 4 being the worst. I searched online for shoulder pain problem and found that I should not stress until pain. After 6 weeks, my left shoulder still pain so I insisted him to get X rays and he told me to talk to my primary care doctor to get them. I questioned him that you were a doctor and you should be able to prescribe. Then he asked his wife, office manager, to take care it. I had injury on my right shoulder from playing table tennis 7 years ago and I wanted an X ray on it also. I got X rays taken on both shoulders on 9/18. When I went to Tritan's appointment on 9/25, Dr Tan brought my left and right shoulder reports and said the humeral head had worn out on my left shoulder and needed to contact Orthopedic to get MRI for further treatment or operation. I was very disappointed that he didn't ask me to get X rays at the beginning so I wasted about 8 weeks. He said he didn't know what kind of insurance I had so he didn't send me earlier. I gave my United Health PPO to his wife at my first visit and he could have asked her or me earlier. I took the 2 reports and left. I tried to make an appointment with my primary care doctor to schedule for MRI on my left shoulder. When I read the 2 reports carefully, I found that my right shoulder had degenerated disease of the humeral head instead of my left shoulder which Dr Tan mixed up. I have been suspecting that I had degenerative disease on my right shoulder because I'm a right handed person and I used my right hand to play tennis and table tennis a lot before that I told him at my first visit. There is no pain on my right shoulder but it gets tired easily when lifting thing over my head. read more

Love the new office, easy to find and locate. Parking lot had ample spots and once you enter the main doors, walk straight down past the bathroom & suite 109 is on the left. Scheduling is always a breeze and accommodating. Friendly staff and service. A chiropractor who listens to your situation and helps resolve the ailments alongside educating you on things you can do from home to keep up the recovery. I was so glad to finally have my stress knots manually removed unlike my previous experiences with other chiropractors using just the click instrument tool. Click instruments are not the way for me. read more

5 Stars - A True Pillar of Health for Our Family We have been seeing Dr. Tan for 8 years or so, and I cannot recommend his practice highly enough (I usually don't post recommendations often). He is the rare combination of a consummate professional--incredibly knowledgeable and technically skilled--and a truly kind human being. He has been instrumental in keeping our whole family healthy, including our athlete son, ensuring he stays in peak condition and recovers quickly from the demands of competitive sports. We are so excited that he has expanded his services to include personal training, rehabbing, and conditioning. It makes it a true "one-stop shop" for wellness and performance. To top it off, the environment is wonderful. His wife, Joni, runs the front desk and is just as kind and welcoming as Dr. Tan. It truly feels like a family practice where you aren't just a patient, but a person. If you are looking for a chiropractor who genuinely cares, look no further! Go book your appointmen! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Tan. for 5 years now. He's a good, gentle chiropractor who listens and tries to help what is wrong. And he DOES NOT SELL SNAKE OIL! So many chiropractors sell all sorts of unproven remedies. read more

The doctor was attentive and took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing through. They asked follow up questions and explained possible causes and next steps in a way that made sense. The assistant at the front was helpful during check in and made the paperwork simple. The whole place felt clean and organized. I appreciated how the doctor checked in on how I've been feeling overall and made some good suggestions for moving forward. Felt pretty comfortable throughout. read more

After 4 months of dealing with the aftermath of a broken toe, I knew I needed to see a chiropractor. I felt misaligned and it was impacting my whole body: ankle, foot, knee, back and even my neck. I was miserable. I had reached out to podiatry and the doctor there told me to just put icy hot on my foot, 3 times a day?!! I mean sure, it couldn't hurt but it definitely was not going to take it all away. Even if I did all body soaks all day of Icy Hot, it still would have not helped. I went searching for chiropractors my insurance covered and this location was on the list. I then took that list and furthered my research, leave it to good ol' Yelp. I searched all the locations listed and the reviews for this place were outstanding. I had nothing to lose, except maybe be in a little more pain until I went to another location. I called the front desk to verify the process of being seen with my insurance. I provided my information and it was double checked that I could be seen there. Joni was so patient, serviceable and kind. My first session with Dr. Tan was marvelous. He attentively listened to my problem, asked questions and started working his chiropractic skills. He was great at explaining what he was doing, what the plan was going to be until the next visit, things I could do at home in the meantime and my long term goals. It made me so happy to have hope restored that I can achieve my long term fitness plans by working together soon. I went in all crooked and with back pain and walked out of there walking upright. I jokingly told all my friends and family that I was so happy and felt the difference that I was ready to hug Dr. Tan as soon as I was done with my first session. I did a small dance in my head since I didn't want to make things worse by my enthusiasm after my session. With all the respect in the world, I am thankful that he is excellent at what he does and I have felt better. I have already recommended him to everyone I know that has seen the difference in me. The reviews speak for themselves! Parking is ample, I have come to my sessions on time and I have been called right away. There is a small waiting area if you bring someone with you. If you park at the front, just go through the double doors and down the hallway. The suite is on the left hand side on the first floor. Easy to find. I can't say it enough...THANK YOU! I am happy to now have a chiropractor (that is in network with my insurance) that I will be seeing often and incorporating into my health care. read more

Been seeing Dr Tan for years - he keeps me rolling and pain-free. Now he's adding functional exercise and I could not be happier. Five star always - six if you add how fantastic Joni is at the front desk. read more

My son's father set up a chiropractic appointment for him to worked on. Granted we passed the side angle entrance of the double doors and looped completely around to the front side of the building then got lost on the opposite entrance, the receptionist was incredibly sweet and actually went into the hallway to look for us as I called her on the phone confused in what seem to be a labyrinth of offices within the building. The address I was given, by my son's father did not say the chiropractors Suite number, so I was only going off of the his name. Lol The chiropractor was very thorough as well as into bodybuilder lingo my son is familiar with. I know nothing about bodybuilding, besides what my son has told me, and my son was able to talk to the chiropractor and ask him some questions, the chiropractor was able to answer him appropriately and very thoroughly, as well as using medical terminology and not confusing my son in the process. The chiropractor taped up my sons shoulders to help him get better posture and gave him some pointers on his cell phone holding etiquette. Lol we will definitely be returning to his clinic. read more

Tritan Chiropractic - 1 of maybe 4 rooms within the office - Chiropractors Near Me - Saratoga, California

I've been to various chiropractors over the years that have suited my needs at the time, but this year I've had trouble finding the right dr to diagnose and treat my current pain point. By chance, I was fortunate to find Tritan Chiropractic through a West SJ Mommys group on Facebook and scheduled an appointment because I felt like I had nothing to lose. Dr. Tan simplified everything for me by explaining the root cause of my shoulder blade pain along with the treatment plan to restore mobility. I really appreciate that he's able to speak to my level of understanding; it helps create trust and confidence in the care I receive. Additionally, I'm so appreciative of his staff who is super responsive to emails, and really lovely to interact with - they're so so nice! They've made scheduling really easy. If you're searching for a chiropractor who truly listens and prioritizes your needs or your family's needs, I highly recommend Tritan Chiropractic. You'll be well taken care of here. read more

I Highly Recommend Dr. Nguyen of Tritan Chiropractic. I had chronic back pain for months which was worsening and not improving with PT. It was very discouraging. I was skeptical of the practice of Chiropractic Medicine, being a medical practitioner (MD) myself. I decided to try Chiropractic since nothing else was working (and my insurance covered it!) and have been shocked and pleased with the results. My back pain is markedly improved and nearly gone after 3 sessions. Dr. Nguyen believes in giving you the skills to ultimately take care of yourself. Having worked with many professionals in my career, I respect Dr. Nguyen's competence, skill and ethics. He is also a very nice person! His office is run by "Janie" who is also similarly kind and extremely organized and knows her stuff about billing and insurance. I am very impressed with these providers. read more

This review is long overdue...Dr Tan Nguyen has fixed me up twice and I'm so grateful! (About a year apart for two different issues.) When you're in pain and it's not going away, you just want some relief and it's surprising how a few adjustments from Dr Nguyen can make all the difference. He's thorough, and clearly explains what might have caused the injury, suggests exercises to do at home to help strengthen and prevent future problems. He's been practicing from 2011, with so much experience my husband and I trust him for all of our chiropractic needs! Joni at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming as well! Don't hesitate, just go! read more

Dr. Tan is the very best. I had pain on a side muscle on my back and after the first session it felt much, much better. I followed up w/several sessions afterwards and the pain has now completely resolved. Dr. Tan is very skilled and the treatment provided did not hurt. Joni his front receptionist is very kind and nice. After all was paid by my insurance, I received a refund from Dr. Tan for my over payments. I appreciate the honesty. Thank you Dr. Tan for your expertise and for helping me!!! read more

I wrote a review just at the beginning of my treatment at Tritan Chiropractic and said that I expected a miracle for my chronic pain, and it happened. I want to say that the miracle is still happening. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and I see doctors and have tried various meds and injections. I cannot be sure if any of the medication has completely helped me, but I am certain Dr. Nguyen's tender hands have provided me with the necessary relief from pain as I need it to move. One example was yesterday's session. I had experienced excessive pain on the right side of my neck which made it difficult to drive or sleep. With a few gentle movements, my neck pain was gone. I waited until this morning to post this review since my pain is much worse in the mornings. Yes, all is gone. I am so thankful. I must thank the office coordinator, Ms. Joni, who kindly accommodated my appointment requests. I highly recommend Tritan Chiropractic even if you experience minor pain or stiffness. You will feel the difference immediately. read more

I was searching for a low-frills, quick in-and-out chiropractor around my area that took my insurance. Tritan chiropractic hits all my requirements. I walk in, zero wait, get my knots, back, and neck loosened up, adjusted, stretched, and I'm on my way. Dr. Tan is great at identifying my problem spots and I walk out feeling much more spry and taller. Very professional vibe. Shout out to the front desk lady, also. My wife and son has been seeing Dr Nguyen when they have neck/back pains and been saying good things. Finally, my chance came. This last Friday morning, I woke up with some shoulder and neck pain, and I was trying to see if it goes away, but it turns worse in the afternoon and got even worse at night.. my wife suggested me to go see Dr. Nguyen. So the next morning, I called the office right at 9am, quickly explaining the situation and got a same day appointment! There's basically zero wait once I got to the office. Dr. Nguyen patiently listen to my issue and then he explained to me what can cause the issue and what he was going to do to help me. He then start working on me and he is strong and also precise. He worked his magic to the pain area and I started feeling better right the way, and his adjustment technique is also great. I felt much better just with the few minutes work, different from some of the other chiropractors I went before. He then said only if I still feel pain, no need to come back, not like typical chiropractors that already want to schedule the next 20 visits! I felt soooooo much better on Sunday but I chose to go back today as I still feel some tightness in the area. Dr. worked his magic again and it feels great! read more

Hello to all those looking for pain relief! I write this review after a 7/10 thoracic back pain from a rib subluxation last night. This afternoon Dr. Tan adjusted several of my ribs, neck facets, and pelvis. I have a connective tissue disorder called Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) as well as Slipping Rib Syndrome, SI Dysfunction, and Cervalgia. My joints sublux and dislocate several times a week and having the joints reset into their correct positions is the only way to eliminate the pain. Dr. Tan has been incredibly adaptive by learning about how to safely adjust someone with entrapped nerves, overstretched tendons and ligaments, and many myofascial knots. Dr. Tan provides gentle adjustments on my neck using a tool called an activator, pelvis using the drop table, and ribs using an anterior approach. He also preps me for my regular Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Dextrose Prolotherapy injections by adjusting my ribs and taping them into place so the injections strengthen the proper alignment. Dr. Tan has been driven, focused, and wonderful company during every visit for the year I have been seeing him. Making an appointment is always hassle free with Joni's prompt, respectful, and warm communication. Visiting Dr. Tan and Joni is a doctors visit I never dread and always look forward to. If you are looking for knowledgeable, responsive, and adaptive healthcare professionals Dr. Tan and Joni are the team for you. read more

He is the best chiropractor and is so professional for all patients, young, old, infirm, healthy, etc. Dr. Tan is our family chiropractor, seeing me, my kids, my husband, my twin sister, etc. He listens to what ails you and makes sure to help. His knowledge of the human body is amazing. He has helped my baby son since he was a few weeks old and born severely tongue-tied. He helped losen up Efraïm's muscles because his body was very tight for a newborn. Dr. Tan has helped unlock my jaw, in addition to helping my husband every time his back seizes up. Dr. Tan always recommends excellent muscle strengthening exercises to retrain your body as to not reinjure. Dr. Tan and his office is more of a family atmosphere where everyone feels loved and respected. Truly a magnificent and healing atmosphere. Two thumbs up and definitely A+++++service. read more

My wife goes there inconsistently (she gets quite busy) and raves that he's a very great chiropractor compared to all the ones she's gone to since childhood. He doesn't try to sell anything, gets the job done and you're on your way out. He's gentle and has good "bedside manners". What's important is that he knows what he is doing and has never injured her neck while he's cracked it compared to other chiropractors. He provides great advice and follows up with recommendations based on his YouTube findings for foam rolling and exercises to alleviate back pain and strengthening the core muscles. Main points Great chiropractor that provides close to or instantaneous relief if lower back pain. read more

The best chiropractic services I have ever had. Tan is great and will help all your aches and pains melt away

When it comes to my health, I am very picky with my health care provider. Dr. Tan and I had the pleasure of meeting about 5 years ago at a grand opening of a local business. After "interviewing" him and his philosophy on treatment of his patients, I decided to give him a try despite having an existing relationship with a chiropractor already since 2008. After several treatments, I decided to switch him to my primary care chiropractor. Dr. Tan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He's gentle and takes the time to really get to know my body and my needs. He's come to my rescue so many times when I am in a pinch..he always makes space for me in his busy schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Tan and his team for your chiropractic needs. read more

I've been very happy with Dr. Tan's care. He's helped me with neck pain, posture, shoulder mobility, and even turf toe issues. On top of that, he is genuinely a good guy; he's very easy to talk openly with and truly wants you to get better, which is reflected in his simple, no-frills approach to preserving/improving your health. Because of this, I actually consider my visits to Dr. Tan to be equivalent to taking car of my car...after all, you gotta maintain both regularly if you want them to run well :) Finally, if you need to make changes to your appointment (sometimes even same-day), they have always been very understanding! read more

I have been going to Dr. Tan for about 2.5 years now, and I give him my full endorsement. Dr. Tan is an outstanding person, and he truly desires to help you. He is extremely knowledgeable in adjustments and the muscle system. This also extends into the world of sports and sports injury. I truly appreciate Dr. Tan's expertise in regards to athletics and the treatment that can specifically target sport specific injuries. I have personally recommended him to several of my athlete friends because Dr. Tan is that good. Dr. Tan is also a great listener and conversationalist and great bedside manner. Every week I go see him, he remembers what we talked about last. Even when I was unable to go for a period of about 6 months, when I came back, he still remembered things we had talked about previously. Dr. Tan always makes me feel welcome, like I am an old friend whenever I am there. I am very impressed with Dr. Tan's ability to articulate the treatment information as well. I am never lost or confused by his explanation as he is able to convey the information, and at the same time keep it simple.
