Intake scheduling was easy, though you can't book or cancel future sessions through the portal. You have to call, but they're responsive on the phone. The space is small, with only 2-3 patients there at a time. Appointments are 30 minutes, done in curtained bed areas, and focused on manual therapy. I worked with Jay (aide) and Jannie (PT) and enjoyed working with both of them. One thing worth mentioning, not as a criticism, is that most of my sessions were with a PT aide rather than the PT directly, who mainly handled assessments. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, and I think it might be common in clinic settings? but it did leave me wondering how comprehensive my treatment was. I also had trouble getting clarity on specialty services. I understand there are some inherent limitations there, but I think the clinic could set clearer expectations upfront for patients considering that route.
