I thought that was pretty awesome and it took me by surprise since I've never been offered that anywhere else. Friendly, honest and patient staff is always worth noticing. They took the time to go over everything and explaining the diagnosis. I went and got other quotes but felt like this was the place I could trust with my car. The pricing was more than reasonable, and compared to the other quotes I received, I'm confident I made the right choice.

Problem is they missed tons of issues, including worn brakes, bad struts, and all kinds of hose issues. Many of them, safety issues. I will tell you it was more than worth the wait. The entire experience was top notch and Shima and Marsel in particular kept me constantly updated on the status of my car, they were both incredible. I got a great price and was also assisted with many configurator choices as there was so many available. Like I had mentioned it was my 3rd car purchased from Danbury Porsche the first was a Cayman, second 2025 Macan T. I have all my vehicles serviced there also and they do a great job. Also, I would like to thank the entire staff at Danbury Porsche as in general it's always a fantastic experience!!

It was idling really rough and sounded like sputtering (well, more like a motorcycle) which wasn't good- and I could smell gasoline. My check engine light was also blinking. I did a little research online and figured it was probably the spark plugs or wires. I can't say Eastview is the most organized place ever (I had to call out both times for someone to come to the counter), but they're pretty efficient and non-scammy. I brought my car in at 8am, they called at noon to tell me that it was the wires that needed replacing. It was ready by 2:15pm. They didn't over-charge me for the wires (I compared with similar parts online). In the end the damage was $261, so not horrible. But the prices also mean you're not going to get dealership-like amenities like drop-off/pick up service. But for me a $9+ cab ride each way is probably still cheaper than dealership rates.
