He was extremely patient with me and took the time to help me find an affordable tire option, which I truly appreciated because getting a flat tire was definitely not in my current budget after already spending over $1,000 on repairs for my car recently. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention from your team. My car was completed in a beautiful timeframe, so my wait was not long at all. As I was leaving, Clerk #557 actually stopped me before I drove off because he forgot to tell me they had found a lot of nails in my back tire -- he even had the nails in his hand to show me -- and let me know they fixed it. I don't think you understand how appreciative I was of that. However, once the job was completed, I was charged separately for the alignment, pushing my total past $1,000. Notably, the salesperson did not hand me the final invoice himself, delegating it to another employee instead. When I raised the issue, he argued that the alignment was never part of his original estimate. He then sarcastically offered to "remove" the alignment--an absurd suggestion given that the work had already been performed. Knowing full well that $1,000 was my strict limit, the salesperson became agitated, took an aggressive stance, and refused to honor his original quote.

I took 5 wheels for painting and minor repair; they kept the truck for 5 days in their shop. I was…read moreexcited at first to see it in a new look when I picked up the truck, but after a couple of days, I checked the wheels and saw some flaws in the paint; two of them had issues with thin paint in the center wheel lug area. I contacted the shop, and they offered to repair it. They kept my car for another 4 days, and when I went back after, I was told they had to redo all the wheels, and I trusted them that the issue was fixed. Then, I got back home and saw the same issue: thin paint in the same area. I am frustrated and tired of bringing the truck back and forth to this shop. It seems they don't have a staff member with quality control experience to check the wheels if they are done correctly the first time. Now, I am still waiting for them to redo the paint on the same wheel for the third time. If you don't know anything about quality workmanship, you might miss the flaws in their work. For all the trouble I have gone through with this shop, I regret not buying a new set of wheels instead. I don't like giving negative reviews; 3x repairing the same issues is not acceptable. The manager accepted that the failed paint job was their fault. In my opinion, based on my experience, their staff lacks training!

Fetzger is so great! I love their work and customer service! Good friends lent me their car for…read moreweeks! Last Monday the tire pressure warning light appeared. I took it to Fetzger. They tested in the left rear tire was soft. Build it told me to monitor it and come back. I had a problem. It took minutes. Last night I went to return the car and the light was back. I took it in this morning without an appointment and they were able to take it test it and figure out a small screw head pierced it. They sealed from the inner side of the tire and it should last the lifetime of the tire. Great customer service and the cost was very reasonable .
