They do an awesome job…read more The prices are reasonable (I find most car washes are fairly pricey now), but I usually get the buy 5 deal and come here regularly. My kids are young and make quite the mess so the car washes is much needed. I usually get the super and it hits all our needs (knowing it's only a matter a time before we need to go back ) They're effective and efficient. But since the summer the last three times it's been gradually getting worse. Yesterday I went for a wash. My car was pretty dirty. I drove through the Central Valley so there was a lot of bugs stuck to the front end of the car. I'm not surprised that some of the bugs didn't come off. There is about three to four people working on the car once it comes out of the wash. And they do spend quite a bit of time but they miss attention to detail. I chose the $45 car wash option which includes car wash, vacuum and wiping down the interior and tires. I added $30 service to have Armor All put on all of the interior vinyl. When I got in my car there was some of the Armor All solution left on the passenger seat and on my drivers floor mat. The windshield on the interior wasn't well cleaned. You can see some of the haze on the window on the passenger side. All of the vinyl area was not wiped down or treated with the Armor All. There was some areas on the exterior that didn't get washed, I could still see the dirt. I think for $75 there should be a little bit more attention to detail. I understand that costs are going up but they were not busy and there were 4 people working on the car. I don't think I will return.

The photos show it best--wheels still had buildup, interior areas needed more attention, and I didn't receive the Armor All treatment that's typically included. I'm not upset--just being real. That same great energy carried over when we dropped the car off--they are just as friendly and welcoming in person. What really set them apart was their honesty. They didn't try to oversell us at all--they actually down-sold us on the ceramic coating! They took the time to explain that since we were already getting the PPF, we didn't need the longest-lasting ceramic package. It is incredibly rare to find a business that prioritizes the right recommendation over making an extra buck. The quality of their work is top-notch. I make the commute and meet his other brother Byron and his team and I asked to have the seats and floors professionally cleaned and for $400 he delivered, and even cleaned the engine area looks brand new again. I had to wait two sunny days for it to dry, but now I have my confidence and integrity back with the current state of my car. Thanks guys! Only one spot I forgot to mention to have cleaned, it was on the roof fabric above the driver side front seat, but I blame that on me honestly. Great job guys! Ya'll are my go-to for this kinda job! They provide plastic seat covers that you can use to keep a layer between your clothes and the freshly shampoo'ed seats, and leave the windows cracked when the car is idle, and turn the windows all the way up (close it) during highway driving (to prevent messy debris flying into the freshly cleaned car). It took my 2015 Prius about 2 days to full dry, but I got lucky with two hot sunny days in a row. Not sure how long the Honda Civic will take to dry with potentially cloudy weather expected for the next few days. Will update ya'll in a second review for the Honda Civic.

He nodded but then began speaking in Punjabi, saying something along the lines of "go get your air," followed by calling me a "POS." I responded calmly, letting him know I understood what he said and reminded him that I had asked respectfully. It was shocking and disappointing to be insulted after purchasing a full tank of gas. Initially, he insisted I pay for the air, but I informed him that under California law, gas stations are required to provide free air and water to customers who purchase fuel.
