Popped in and told the guy I needed oil which I knew I needed 2 quarts, and if he could just basically tell me the air pressure so I could do it myself etc. I usually have an air pressure gadget in my door but that also had been borrowed by my son apparently. Without saying anything and ignoring what I already said about I had checked the oil, he walked out and I opened the hood and he pulled the dipstick out as I said yeah I already have done that and then went inside and got the 2 quarts that I had already put on the counter. He poured them quickly in and then put air in three of the tires and all of this took about three minutes total. He then proceeded to charge me $25 for that! Absolutely appalling and terrible business practice and honestly just rude on top of everything. To ignore a 69-year-old woman that way and then rip her off was disgusting at best. I will never go back there and I honestly suspect he has had friends/family and locals put these reviews in because he absolutely does not deserve them. I have never been charged for air pressure over the years and I've also never had somebody ignore that I am perfectly capable of pouring the oil in myself and pushing ahead and then slamming me with a $25 bill. I was on empty so every penny was going to count. At the time, the cheapest was at about $6.54 a gallon. So, finding this gem of a price was heaven sent. While pumping gas, I was taken by surprise by a woman, as she was returning to her van after pumping her gas. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that she was hollering at the top of her lungs...." I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life…read more I was delivering food to a clerk there. They are our neighbors and we always give them a discount and expect no tip. I went in to deliver the food that was straight out of the kitchen hot. When the clerk thought that I was a customer he was all smiles. As soon as he realized that I was there with his food he started yelling at me. He was angry that the last time food was delivered it was cold. But I was not the delivery person that day. I tried to suggest that he call the restaurant and see if he could get a discount on his already discounted food, but I couldn't get a word in edgewise. He was shouting bad enough that customers were staring. Never, ever, has someone yelled at me like that. With rude customers I am always super polite since I'm representing my restaurant. This was to first time I have ever wanted to shout back and take the food. He then started yelling that I had not brought any ranch. There was nothing on the order slip that said to bring any. So I apologized and told him that I'd go get it. Then he started demanding other extras. Just thinking of how entitled he was and how degradingly he spoke to me makes my blood boil. I went back to the restaurant and explained the situation and asked if he had requested any of the stupid sauce. No he hadn't. He had specifically been asked if he wanted it and he had declined Another employee went and took his ranch over so I didn't have to see him again.
