He was laughing saying hello and goodbye to all other customers. I said a simple hi with a smile since he seemed kind to everyone else and was met with a monotone up and down look and no words back. He scanned my drink and tapped his finger repeatedly on the tap to pay. Then, threw my receipt away without asking if I wanted it. Then said "alright" and pointed at my drink. Honestly shocked at his lack of customer service with me compared to him with all the other customers. I grew up in this area so I immediately expect that it's because of the way I look, not many people are brown here and that's fine, I shouldn't be treated differently because of the way I look though. The man doesn't know anything about me besides what I look like, and he treated me way worse than all the customers. I work in customer service, I don't care if the customers before me were regulars or his best friends, under no circumstances do you treat a customer that way. All I wanted was a drink.

Because it's isolated, you're only dealing with gas customers. You're not having to find a way to weave through general shoppers & their quest to get the best parking spot possible. It feels so much more relaxed and streamlined. I wish more Costco gas stations were like this. Prices are, as always, great. The lowest price in the area we could find. It's also located on a corner so it's even easier to get in and out of. It was one of the fastest fill ups I've ever had at a Costco Gas station. He poured them quickly in and then put air in three of the tires and all of this took about three minutes total. He then proceeded to charge me $25 for that! Absolutely appalling and terrible business practice and honestly just rude on top of everything. To ignore a 69-year-old woman that way and then rip her off was disgusting at best. Writing reviews about a gas station is not likely to be read by most people who are only searching for a nearby station and not particularly interested in individual experiences. But as a loyal Yelper, I always feel compelled to write something about a business that I patronize. As far as gas stations go, they fit the bill as being a good, solid filling station, just more expensive than expected.
