I chose it just for the price ($50, a bit cheaper than the vicinity shops). But after taking the money, they detected five problems on my perfectly running vehicle. Among which are to remove the window tint (which is simply non-sense, cause it's definitely transparent and clear from any angle), and replace the front light. After fixing all the problems on the points, I did a recheck here, and was told I still failed, because I didn't polish the the front light cap (on the inside), saying that whatever machine they are using is shining "red" instead of "green". I have to pay an extra $40 to let them do the job and go. Besides that, the staff there are really laggish (very long waiting time), and dirty. They didn't use any cover when operating in the front seat, and causing my car a complete mess. Basically, they are trying to charge small on the base inspection money, and extract you the most when they can decide your pass or fail. Never recommend in going there!

After they placed my wheels on they then told me that all of my sensors were no good and that it would cost $1750 to replace each sensor. The problem there, the system worked just fine before taking it in for them to service. Understand that my uncle is a mechanic, he just doesn't like servicing toes. When I told him what happened, he told me they must have damaged my TPSM system and gave me that price so they wouldn't have to repair it. I believe he is right because the cost for each ranges from $25-$110 depending on Mopar or after market parts. I will NEVER go to this business again and warn anyone who chooses to.

I was getting the runaround from the dealership (yet again) and enduring poor quality work from other stations....finally got fed up and brought my car here (for the tire repair mentioned below), after remembering how nice Navy, the cashier and owner's wife, had always been when I bought gas... College Park Auto Service quickly fixed my tire on the spot (which the dealership said I needed to have replaced, as well as all my other tires...I had replaced all four tires about a year ago...I mean, really?!!) College Park Auto also quickly repaired a right turn signal light which had been acting up for over a year (and which both the dealership and other auto repair places had not been able to figure out...) My right turn signal is now working normally, after a simple and inexpensive fix by College Park Auto---YAY!!! Thank goodness for this place, and for the awesome and humble mechanics here, especially Tek (and Navy is super funny and friendly)....This is my go-to place from now on for all my car maintenance and repairs (except body work, which they don't do).... This was my first experience working with Asif and Waseem as I typically handle my vehicles' service myself. Unfortunately, I needed items addressed quickly so the vehicle could be taken on an unexpected trip. I asked for a quote to have the following done: remove/replace both rear hub bearings and remove/replace rotors and pads. They quoted a reasonable price and a very quick turnaround of done by 5PM the next day. I dropped off my vehicle, and it was done before 3PM the next day. The price paid was the price on the estimate, plus the cost of a new rear caliper, as one was seized. In addition, they cleaned and adjusted my parking brakes, which haven't worked well since the last time I did the rear brakes. AGAIN - - - EXCELLENT AND ON TIME SERVICE!

My stepfather is a retired taxi driver so I always run repairs by him and ask him what price range to expect. The quotes they give me are always within the range he suggests. As a woman, I'm always expecting to get scammed, but as of today, I am not worried. I took my car in to get the air conditioner fixed. The gentleman who works behind the desk called me several times to give me updates. He told me it wasn't a leak, which would have been more expensive/ extensive. The part they needed to replace ended up being less than $10!!! I ended up paying about $100 for the part and for them to run the tests, which is very reasonable. I arrived this morning a few minutes before they opened and a woman was in line in front of me. One of the mechanics had started on her car before opening because he knew she was on her way to work. I asked her what she thought of Beltway while we were alone and she only had positive things to say, so I know I'm not alone in my opinion. When I thanked the gentleman over the phone for being the kind of car repair place a woman can actually rely upon, he said "Well, those other places don't tend to stay in business long."
