On the positive side: * Excellent acceleration * Low carbon footprint * No gas stations * Quiet ride * Good visibility up front * Some of the electronics are very impressive including remote start Now the negatives: * Giant glass roof without a shade * Glass roof doesn't open (it's not a sun roof) * Glass roof makes car very hot in the summer * No analog controls make it difficult to use lights, heat, fan, etc. * Complex user interface * Limited service centers * Connectivity issues with Spotify, etc. * Updates change interface too frequently * Nickle and diming (I have to pay for a garage door opener app?!) * More expensive to insure * Elon Musk The giant glass roof was a real problem, even with the tint, on sunny days it made it difficult to see well. I bought an aftermarket shade, which helped, but it's not a perfect fit and it stays up permanently (either you have shade or not). Tesla using a giant glass roof which doesn't open and not integrating a shade was really stupid (I test drove this on a cloudy day, so the tint seemed really dark and I thought it would be fine). Yes, there are a lot of negatives including Elon Musk, who has become such a polarizing figure, people are now throwing eggs at Tesla's! Bottom line is that I will not consider purchasing another Tesla, thus a one-star rating.

Once we entered the dealership, we were instructed to go all the way down to check-in for the delivery/pick up appointment. The wait was short & my car was already parked outside, so that was great! They allowed us to inspect the interior & exterior before signing papers. After that was done, it took about another half hour roughly to get my car plate made. Overall, pretty quick & probably one of the quicker car dealership pick up experiences that I have had. The only "issue" that I had with this visit was that I received the car with only 44% battery. Of course, I kindly asked if they could charge the car to 80% for me, as that's the recommended % for daily driving. Someone did help me out with that, however, told me to click on the app that I have received the car & completed delivery. I had not known that by doing this, they would be able to charge me $ for the %charge. Before leaving the lot, I asked another worker if they could assist me with waiving the fee, simply because the car should've had more battery for a new car pick up. Luckily, they did help me waive the fee, so all is good! I did see previous reviews and it seems that this dealership does get busy & many others have experienced their car not charged with enough battery... it would be nice if they could make sure cars, that are going to be picked up, have enough battery and if they don't have enough battery, put them on chargers before customer picks up.

It looks like they have 16 Tesla chargers and three regular EV green chargers. My car's battery was ~32% and estimated time to charge to 80% was an hour and a half LOL. Saw many cars coming in and leaving after 20-30 min. Not sure if I just dealt with a charger that just had limited charge but seemed oddly long compared to other superchargers I have tried that are 250kW.

There were 12 stalls, one designated for disabled drivers. Ot was very clean. There were multiple trash cans. People were walking to Starbucks for restroom and food/drinks. The superchargers were good quality, had good power. At max I saw 600+mi/hr. Rates were higher, $0.40/Kwh during the day. My tesla charged from 15% to 85% in about 35 minutes.

I had a challenging wiring problem (undetectable via instrumentation due to metal in walls) that my first electrician refused to fix, but Puccio was able to resolve (although it took two visits). While at my home, I also had them address some minor issues (e.g., 1 outlet replaced, 1 junction upgraded to light switch) in addition to the main wiring problem. The team was friendly, professional and cleaned up after. They told me up front what their hourly rate was and warned me in advance what the total cost might be. The final bill reflected that rate/estimate (and minimal materials cost with expected hours) so I feel they are very honest. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are expensive (initial visit / 1st hour is about 300$, but less after that), but I can tell you that a good electrician is very hard to find and they are worth it. If you have an urgent problem or are on a tight budget, you may wish to look elsewhere, but if you want excellent electricians and are patient, use Puccio.

This charging station was easy to use even for a newbie like me. My rental car charged a lot quicker than stated on the screen. It was fast! A little pricier than expected but I don't have the mobile app which supposedly gives you a discount. A little hard to find as it's tucked away behind a building. Highly recommend next time you need a quick charge!
