I've tried a number of seafood boils around MA and Cap't Loui is definitely one of the better ones…read more We had shrimp and mussels with medium Cap't Loui sauce and lemon pepper and added garlic noodles and sausage. They sell by the half pound or pound with their prices listed on the walls in the restaurant based on their current market prices. The portions felt like a lot for what we ordered as we split about three pounds of seafood between three people and were all stuffed. The mussels were big and shrimp were very fresh and clean. The medium sauce was not too spicy and it also came with a potato and small corn on the cob. I thought their garlic noodles were not as good as I've had at other seafood boils, but they do not skimp on the garlic! The restaurant has a spacious front dining area where you enter from the mall with tables for larger parties and the back area where there are a lot of tables for smaller groups. All tables are lined with paper as you'd expect from a seafood boil restaurant and they use all plastic ware and cups. The service was relatively quick and attentive and they also give you gloves, bib, and a bucket for the shells as you eat. I recommend ordering combos as a group if you are hungry as you get free sides depending on how many pounds you order.

I usually get the Boiler Combo, which comes with free sides, and I highly recommend adding the garlic noodles. This was also my first time trying their $1 oysters on Tuesdays and the quality was great and very fresh. Definitely my favorite spot when I'm craving seafood boil.

Alas, this was one of the most pitiful meals I've had in a while. When I, with the capacity to eat like a wood chipper don't finish, you know you mucked up. I had a combo of a single meat and two sides. I had the brisket for protein, and Fried Yucca and Pico for sides. These plates also come with rice. The brisket was overdone to the point where it was almost like eating pieces of rubber. It was possible to chew through this abomination, but I got no pleasure in doing so. The fatty parts that ordinarily make brisket so delectable were barely-there-accents, and the seasoning was too light to make any substantial impact. This is to say nothing of the meat being very dry. Barbeque sauce would have been nice Where it comes to the sides, these were similarly bland. The fried yucca was completely uninspired and unseasoned. Thankfully the salt and pepper helped breathe some life into it. As for the Pico, it was good in that it was refreshing, but could also use some seasoning and maybe just a little oil. The two items that day that were notable (in a good way) were the rice and passionfruit fountain beverage. The rice was cooked and seasoned nicely, and the beverage was tasty and not overly sweet. Alas, these were not enough to offer redemption to an otherwise lamentable experience. The final nail in the coffin was the prices. Two sides with one meat is $11.75. If the brisket was melt-in-your-mouth goodness and sides weren't a small amount of bland-something, I might be a little more forgiving. However, considering the overall quality (and quantity of side), to say $11.75 is excessive could be an understatement.

In searching for someone who sold Tommy Hilfiger suits and could help, Milton's came up as one of the results. Taking a chance, I called the Chestnut Hill location and talked to Joe, who was filling in at the location. Let me tell you, for someone who is in full panic mode to talk to someone as knowledgeable, calm and willing to help was a God send. Joe took the time to listen to what I needed. He helped me with finding something that would work for the groomsmen and went above and beyond to make getting them shipped to me easy. I also spoke with Tim, who was friendly, knowledgeable and a tremendous help. Today, retailers of any size seem to be so focused on the amount of the sale to increase profit, they forget about what the customer actual needs. Milton's is not like that in my experience. They helped a guy from over 1100 miles away that is only going to spend $300 dollars like he was the most important customer. Thank you Joe and Tim, I appreciate more than you.

Awful awful awful, do not go here! I never usually complain…read moreor leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses but I dont want others to experience this. The esthetician used st. ives apricot scrub on my skin. A $120 facial and you're using bottom of the barrel, discount, irritating products. There are so many blogs showing you should not use this. I was so mad when I got up and saw that being used. The lights were flicked on/off the whole time. Pop music played instead of spa music. The table was very small/narrow and uncomfortable. There was no facial massage of any kind, more so cleanse, then put under a series of machines. Just sitting there under it. Cheap paper face mask left on. Then comes to extractions: she over picked my face and now I have a scab that will scar. The facial itself was not relaxing or any attention to detail. Just face washed with st.ives, too many extractions, then a drying light therapy (even though I said my skin is sensitive and dry). Then at the end, the employee didn't know how to use the square machine so I had to venmo. I asked for a refund and was told I could come in for another appointment for free. I do not want to come in, I was uncomfortable and the products used were cheap and damaging. I was trying to be very civil and polite when asking for a refund but I am being dismissed so I warned I would write a negative public review. I have not had any other services here, only the Raina facial. I understand people make mistakes but the cheap products and lack of care has driven me here. Hope this helps.

I've been coming here for over two years with no issues, but unfortunately my most recent…read moreexperience was disappointing enough that I don't plan to return. During my last visit, the nail tech didn't soak off the old dip before applying the new set. Instead, she layered new dip over the old, which made my nails look thick, uneven, and left product on my cuticles. I politely tried to point this out at least twice, but she kept insisting my nails were "too thin" and that's why she had to leave the old dip on which is something I've never experienced in my four years of getting dip manicures. Even more concerning, she initially tried to remove my dip by prying it off with a nail tip, which was painful. I had to ask her to stop and soak them instead, which is standard and much safer. It looked bad enough that several friends commented on how poorly done they looked. Like I said, I have never had an issue like that before, after coming here for so long. They did reach out to me with an offer to redo my nails at no charge, which I appreciated, and the redone set actually came out looking great. However, when I asked to change the color since they were starting from scratch anyway. I was charged $35 just for the color change, even though a full dip service is $50. That felt unfair. To add to the frustration, I still tipped 20% on the full price service both times. I spent $105 in total for a simple dip manicure. I've had many good experiences here in the past, but this one left me feeling dismissed and overcharged. I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously and improve how they handle situations like this going forward.
