My boyfriend and I stayed in the Seaclusion. We had never stayed in a boat before but we had expected that it will not as spacious as a hotel but we had everything we needed. I'd recommend bringing warm PJs on the cooler months as it does get a little chilly at night. The views and location can't be beat. Walking to our boat along the marina at night was super romantic lol I'd definitely come back here on my next visit.

We booked a room at Boston Yacht Haven Inn and were thrilled from the moment we arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, but the real standout was the spectacular balcony view. The staff surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco, and the fresh baked cookies available in the hallway were a great touch. We had everyone meet us at the inn before dinner and spent time together in the Captains Room, which is BYOB, then took a short walk to Hanover Street for an amazing meal followed by after-dinner drinks and desserts. The best part was ending the night back at BYHI&M, relaxing together again in the Captains Room. The next morning, the included breakfast delivered right to our room was the perfect finishing touch. Great food, great views, great experience. We will definitely be returning.

The staff will go home around 6:00ish. So if you arrive after the hour, there is the way to come in. Only one person stay for the security purpose all night long. (I think) But not staying at the front desk. They do have a complimentary breakfast. They do have an incredible view! And feel little isolated in a great way because this inn on the edge of the bay, but not really isolated physically. I will be staying here if the room is available every time I will come to Boston. I am hesitated to announce this jewel. I almost want to hide. But if you have chance enjoy staying here. If you need attention all the time from the staff, this may not be your place. When the staff is around, they are such a friendly kind staff. I love them.

My experience with Middlesex Power Sports / Old Outboard Marina or what ever else Mario is calling himself now, was exactly the same as other reviews you will find on the web if not worse. Mario had my boat for no less than...wait for it...4 1/2 years (not months, years). During which time I stopped in many many times to check on its status. I had to stop in as Mario does not take or return calls. In fact most of the time you can't even leave a message as his message are full. Twice when I visited I found he had been evicted from his place and the boat along with most everything else was gone. Tracking him down to his new location was both time consuming and as anxiety packed as you can imagine. At one point he did have it finished (although not tested) and was delivering it too me only to have the back engine cover fly off on rt 495. Mario did not lock the cover down and it was caught by the wind and flew off. This was a truly rookie mistake that could have easily killed someone. This is a much longer story than I have time to write here but after all the pain, anguish and time, Mario ended stiffing me for $200....sigh. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BOAT HERE AND ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UP FRONT!

He is great at providing excuses and stories of crazy circumstances. He will tell you that all the bad reviews are just crazy "liberal" customers that had unrealistic expectations. I read the other reviews and figured I'd give him a shot. Bad call. Don't make the same mistake.
