So I just came here to get gas for my dirty car. Seeing everyone else get their car cleaned made me feel embarrassed and ashamed. As luck would have it, this station has the best damn view of Krispy Kreme you'll ever get! What better place to slink off to in order to eat away the guilt of a filthy car that rubbed elbows amongst the clean elite? I went to this car wash yesterday. I paid 49.99 for a car wash. Plus tipped 10.00. My car still had dirty spots and windshield was dirty and the inside was still about the same as I drove in. Horrible customer service. The guy yells when your car is finished. Almost gave me a heart attack. The waiting room is dirty with gross dirty cushions to sit on. For 60.00 I would expect my car to be clean. I didn't check it out till I got to Trader Joe's. Very disappointed. Rude workers. My car had been recently waxed so dirt could have been easily removed. Funny thing on next door someone went there today and had the same complaint as I did. I wouldn't think of going back there for them to fix it. Never again. Just a pit hole! read more

Stay away from pump 4!!! The the gas overflowed my tank and spilled on me. I went ro ask for help...there is hole near the tank that of my car(Mercedes) that was overtaking most of the gas. I went in to get help to try to shut off the pump off a guy comes out and is wanting to know where the gas spilled. You could obviously see it and smell it on me and see my car and tires drenched. He (a short, plump Mexican guy) didn't even bother to put a bag over the pump. I usually go to chevron and was thinking about going to get gas on base, but i saw 91 gas was 5.99 (down from $6.30)...it's not worth getting doused in gas & having to go get your car washed/detailed and shower myself. Update: I called Alex, the car wash manager, to let him know that I was dissatisfied with the service. He told me to come back and he would make it right. I went back the following day and his team did a second detail to my van. The person who cleaned it was off; lucky for him because I would have called him a liar and that he didn't deserve the tip I gave him. Anyway, they were apologetic and made sure it was done the right way this time. I'm very satisfied with the results. There are still some stains left but they're hard to get rid of. I watched them diligently clean it so I know they tried their best. I'm posting the results of the second detail. I'll definitely come back in the future due to the fact they honored and guarantee their service. ************************************************* I wish I took pictures of before and after but there's not much of a difference so it doesn't really matter. The carpet is somewhat cleaner but still have a lot of dirt and stains. My seats are still covered with stains, it looks the same as how I brought it in. I know it is dirty, that's why I need it detailed. With three kids getting hauled in my van, the whole interior needs a thorough cleaning. I paid $200 for their manager's special. It's worth about $75 worth of work. They missed so many spots in my car. I didn't do a thorough inspection until I got home and I realized how crappy they did their job. I don't expect my car to be brand spanking new and I know some stains won't come off but they didn't take any of the stains off. It looked like they just sprayed the interior with water and not much else. All the stains are there; no difference except for the carpet floor. Don't come here; you'll regret it. Gasoline price is 65 cents higher than reported on GasBuddy. These people should really be honest with their gasoline prices. It is dishonest to advertise false prices on a commonly used and trusted app like GasBuddy. Also, it wastes people's time by causing them to drive out to the station to only be disappointed or pissed. read more

Bottom line terrible. When you pay 34 bucks for a hand wash and detail, their works package, you don't expect your car to still be dirty. Ive been taking my car here for years. I dont know if something changed recently but the last 3 times have been garbage. They didnt get sand out of my seat w vaccuum, obvi didnt wipe my center console, and the dash is all fuzzy now. Also, weve noticed quarters missing from our change (the last 3 times), when like most osiders we save them for parking so i know there were alot! Plus theyre pretty rude. I wont be back. Well, I try to always get my gas from this station. While I've never used their car wash nor maintenance services, my car gets its goodies here nearly every fill-up because the prices are usually the lowest in the immediate area! I always see a good lot of cars getting washed and worked on though. Perhaps they do a decent job then? Clerks inside the convenient store are super sweet and never grungy or grumpy. The convenient store is rather small, but you've got all your essential, impulse items in there! The traffic of people coming and going can occasionally be a pain in the neck, what with there being individuals trying to get gas or pulling into a line to get their cars washed or worked on, and then the parking of cars in an area to be cleaned further. It's like playing Tetris with vehicles sometimes! Be warned: it is NOT open 24/7! Learned this the hard way not once but twice, both accidental times while in a very early morning rush to get down to the San Diego area. read more

I've been coming here for quite some time for car washes etc. They can get very busy so at times the wait is a bit longer than your everyday drive thru car wash but they do a thorough job and will fix it if you're not satisfied. This review is mostly for the lube station. I've gone here a handful of times over the years and they always do good work at a reasonable price. Today I took my almost new Chevy in for a quick oil change. Great price for full synthetic and more importantly the techs found an oil leak from my engine compartment. They took the time to show me the location and knowing it was obviously under warranty encouraged me to make an appointment at the dealer ASAP. I had no service lights or oil slicks in my driveway so the attention to details probably saved me a lot of trouble. They even added an extra quart of oil to get me through to my appointment next week free of charge. Grateful for the time and thorough inspection of my car on a quick oil change. Better than the dealer has done. Will definitely come back here. read more

First time there, wash was fine, but after I drive away I noticed when they vacuumed they ruined my floor mat by pulling a thread while vacuuming and ripped carpet mat almost in half, then tried to duct tape carpet, pathetic! ALWAYS TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOUR CAR GOES IN THE CAR WASH. I WISH I HAD. Had to get gas and my car needed cleaning. Happened to be in the area of this place, so I thought, 'why not'? After filling up, I moved my car in place to be vacuumed. My daughter and I took the rubber mats out and shook them. Then put them in the back seat so the floor could be vacuumed. We went to the other end of the building and waited outside. We saw lots of cars coming out. We began to notice cars that went behind us coming out first, which seemed odd to us. Finally, mine was one of the last cars coming out. I saw the damage on the bumper when the wipe down was done and flagged work was completed, but by then everyone took off. That damage was NOT there before. I know how these things play out. My word against theirs. But I can warn others and show what they did. read more

Do not ever leave any personal belongings in your car when going to this place to get an oil change or Carwash. I had a brand new pair of Expensive Ray Ban sunglasses stolen out of my console today. I wore them to the station and put them in my console and went to the gym next door which I have done many times here. I trusted bringing my vehicles here. Gas price is average without specials, really good with Ralph's 20 cents off. Cheap car wash is a decent deal. They seem to cut corners on some of the more expensive car wash packages. Best to keep car fairly clean and come often. Food mart is average. Mechanic is a dealer, looking for another service to sell you, gets annoying. read more

I recently availed of their headlight restoration service and my car looked brand new when I got it back. They went above and beyond cleaning it inside and out. This place does the besh car washes and auto care....... alex and eddie give a straight up answer and deal for any problems with your car they don't try to haggle you but look for the best deal for you and steve the manager is by far the best I have ever experienced in customer service if you have a problem with anything with your car he'll try his hardest to fix it... honestly this is the only place I would get my car washed and fix by the mechanics but I highly recommend this place to people new or residents of the San Diego County... read more

THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES NOT COMPLETED. CURRENTLY FILING A CLAIM WITH BBB. If I could give no stars I would. Up until today it's true I've had no problems, that I'm aware of anyway. But today is a whole different story!!! My husband and I needed our oil changed and he also needed his tires rotated. My husband paid for his services and upon inspection of his tires asked them if they were in fact rotated. The thing is we purchased new tires a couple months ago and the rear tires have nearly double the tread of the front, hence why he wanted them rotated. When he picked up the car it was clear the new tires were still on the rear. Again he questioned them and they lied to his face. He came home very upset and I immediately called. Eddie in the shop got very hostile and after a lot of arguing ASKED MEEEEE to apologize to him for accusing him of being a liar. I asked for the manager he said he is the manager so I asked for the owner. He gave me to the shop manager Steve. The shop manager was still very condescending and making ME, THEIR CUSTOMER feel terrible for calling them about a service I as charged for. He offered to send me the video of the rotation and I agreed to review. He sent me a video of Eddie in the shop taking the tires off bit that's it. Video over. I requested to see the full video of them putting the tires back on to be sure they didn't make a mistake. He REFUSED saying they are under no obligation to comply with me as I am not the police or an insurance company. There is no reason someone would send me a partial video but not the full video of the repair if it was legitimate. They know they made a mistake and instead of owning up to it and offering a refund they were rude and condescending to me and asked me to apologize to them. This is not the end, there will be ramifications for this shop and it's complete and utter lack of respect or integrity. read more

Vista hand wash and gas..Being new to the area my boyfriend and I went to vista hand wash and gas to get our brand new 2018 black RAV4 sport to get washed after coming home from Mammoth, noticing that the car was sitting there not even letting us know it was ready I walked over to notice that there were obvious dirt spots where they had missed washing it and water spots running down the the driver and passenger front doors so I kindly asked them re-wipe and blow off the residual water, I also asked to borrow a rag to wipe down some dirt/water spots myself and as I was wiping it down one of the younger workers came at us got in our face yelling at the top of his lungs threatening he was going to charge US for cleaning our own car then he grabs the rag out of my hand. I explained to the older gentleman that came to help that this was my second time there and I wanted to give the establishment a second chance so with that said they just lost a permanent loyal customer I wil never go back! read more
