Nothing really to write about. This location is conveniently located right off of Ventura Blvd. It has the same expensive gas just like all Shell gas stations. Because of this, I try not to go here often, but when I do, I never have trouble finding an available pump. read more

I often frequent this gas station as I do not live far and the gentlemen are normally kind. However, tonight I came in and encountered "Cynthia", a young lady with horrible eyebrows and a disgusting tattoo on her neck. She is the definition of rude! I was at pump 3 and I paid cash but when I came out to pimp my gas the machine would not reset. I asked her to come out and access the situation she refused and decided to instruct me on how to pump gas! I have been pumping gas for over 25 years to know if the machine is broken! Doesn't even deserve a star. Was sold "bad gas" at this station yesterday. My car shut off, and I had to get it towed to my mechanic, who had to flush it. What a nightmare! Avoid this gas station if you're paying with a credit/debit card. Two of my coworkers and I got hit with card fraud after purchasing from here. This place needs to update and/or audit their security system. Something or someone in that chain is stealing I formation. read more

This review is for the air-pump... just a short and sweet complaint to avoid further hassle on your end. The air & water machine eats your quarters leaving you to have to run inside to ask the attendant to activate it. Furthermore, the air pressure monitor on the pump does not work and the nozzle on the air hose is very faulty. After using the machine for some time, I left the station with LESS air in my tires than when I arrived. Hope this saves a life! read more

I stopped to get gas to pour gas, put my card in, pushed the button and then got a shower of gas from the machine! The hose wasn't connected! attendant said I should have known cuz there was was a cone next to the machine (it was on the side on top of the curb). No sign, no covering on the nozzle to let people know. I got gasoline in my eyes, mouth, face, all over my clothes, and car! attendant kept telling me it was my fault instead of helping me. He Did not help at all when I said I have gas all over me. Rather he helped the guy paying in cash. He sent the kid attendant to put the yellow covering! They had it but chose not to put it on! Triple charged my credit card. I show up to fill my tank and try my card two times with no luck. I go inside and the rude attendant told me to try again. Finally he came outside and yelled at me to use another pump. I filled up and another person arrived with the same issue. I went inside and asked the attendant to mark the pump as broken but instead he refused to acknowledge the problem. I assume many more customers wasted their time trying to use the broken pump. On top of this now my credit card has two pending charges for 100.00 that were not cleared even though the gasoline charge has already posted..... Don't go here unless you have absolutely no other choice. VERY BAD service. read more

This WAS the only gas station I would I go to because of the Ralph's rewards. It's a very great deal. BUT this evening when I was filling up my gas tank I had a terrible experience. I was filling up the tank at station 4 through the automatic feature on nozzle, cleaning out my car, you know the usual and I walk over because it clicked and I look and there is gas over flowing from my tank. It was pouring out. I had not touched it yet to remove it. I told the gentleman working there and he told me I'm the problem and I was the only person this happened to. He then proceeded to ask the man behind my car filling up if I did it and the gentleman said no! The cashier continue to tell me I was a problem and tell me I don't know how to fill up the gas tank. He didn't even offer to help me clean up. He continued to look at the guy behind me to say I did this since my word was not good enough. I said I probably wasted a gallon of gas and it is all over my car. He didn't even offer me towels or anything and said I do not know what I am doing. I am highly disappointed not only with the wasted gas and not my whole car reeks, but how I was treated. Good thing there are tons of other stations around me. read more

This shell always has great prices but the pumps never work, if you want to get 10 gallons of gas it's going to take you a good 15 mins to get it, since the pumps meet stopping every few seconds. Not worth the time! read more

Fine gas station. Never too crowded, prices are normally competitive. I come here for the Ralph's rewards mostly. Only down side is the trafficy location and it's hard to make turns out of. read more

First Time at this station. Seems a little run-down to me and a bit dirty. Only stopped cause the gas price was cheaper. Was a little annoyed that the pump would not reach to my car and I was about 2 feet away. Most pumps allow at least 3 or 4 feet, maybe more. So I was ready to pump my gas then had to cancel the transaction and move my car. I tried it again, then the machine would not allow me to get gas. Had to go in to see the cashier. Pumping gas is suppose to be quick n' easy. But not here. Located by the 101 FWY. read more

Only nice thing about this place is the location. My wife came here to fill up her car but the pump was moving extremely slow. She went to another pump and had the same issue. So she went inside and the worker told her that only regular gas is working right now. There were no signs at the pumps stating this. Furthermore the worker should have came out to let her know when they noticed that she switched pumps. Clearly the worker wasn't paying attention and doesn't care to help the customers. Just got a new car and only have 650 miles on it. Shortly after filling up here, I had a check engine light. I brought it to the dealership and they said I had contaminated gas. I never heard of this and didn't believe it until I found out others complained of the same issue here. read more

I can't say there is anything wrong with this station. It is definitely the cheapest SHELL gas in the area. You get what you pay for although it is in between two major exits of the 101 Fwy. It's not the best but not the worst. read more

I just had the worst experience at this shell station. The gentleman adjacent to my home walked in and paid $20 To pump gas. The gentleman at the counter misunderstood which pump to activate, and I activated my pump instead. So when I pulled up there was $20 already pre-pay at my pump. I pressed cancel and clear to get the pump to deactivate, without success. I decided to pump the gas for $20 and I'll pay the rest of my park out of my pocket. The idiot inside shut off the pump after his mistake came out and expected me to pay $17 that I had pumped. He asked explained his mistake and his co worker came behind me to make sure I didn't become physical. I explained if he did not move, I'm am calling the police. He moved and I paid the $17, but I told him not return the original customer's $20 so I can leave. Bottom line stay away from this location, the place is not worth your business and they'll steal your money. read more
