Every time I come here, they are nice inside the convenience store of this ARCO. My only recommendation would be for them to add prices to the items on the shelves & in the refrigerator that they are selling though. I avoid this gas station if I can. First of all it is hard to access if you are traveling Northbound. Trying make a left into this place is so hard because of the traffic. Secondly, there's always people coming up to you asking for money while you're just trying to pump gas. Third, they charge you a fee to use your debit card. I would not give these people one star if I could. Their pumps are meant to trick you into buying gas in credit card price. After you choose debit as the option, the pump asks again if you want to use debit or credit price. If I already said debit, why ask again? Also if you pay cash, the pumping stops few Pennie's before the full amount paid. I like coming to this gas station because their gas prices are the best, conveniently located, plenty of pumps, very spacious, well maintained, very well lit at night. The convenience store is always well stocked with beverages both outside and inside and other essentials. I have on a couple of occasions now encountered the problem with their pump stopping and immediately after it stops it charges me, even when I wasn't finished pumping, and even when it only puts .21 cents of gas in my car. When I went to the teller last night, the woman, Fatima, stated that there was nothing she could do about the card charge and that I would have to pay another card charge to continue pumping gas. This used to be a Shell gas station I believe and changed to Arco a few months back. Clean and orderly feel to this gas station. Spacious gas pump stations large enough to drive in between cars to get out or squeeze in the middle pump if you need to. It's such an easy turn in for people who are at the Reseda and Ventura corner. There is however a .35 Cent debit fee which sucks. If you drive down one more block to Lindley there is a "Savings" gas station which prices are a little cheaper plus no fee for using your card, in fact there is a giant No Debit Fee banner on their bldg. I saw this after leaving here unfortunately. Employees are a bit frantic but nice. read more

Awful customer service. I was paying and the guy behind the counter was pressing everything for me including agreeing to 35cent fee while paying debit card. Granted it's a small fee- there's also a fee when u pump gas- but it's the way he acted when o asked about the fee since I just looked at him press accept all through out the transaction. Always there are issues with the pumps, always 2 or 3 pumps are not working and there is no sign on them, 2 or 3 pumps does not accept debit and again no sign on them, you will be lucky if any of them would give you a receipt. When you go inside and tell the cashier, he is like "oh, ok" meaning he could care less. Not a good strategy if you think customers would go inside the store to pay for the gas and buy something else, most of the time customers end up leaning and going to another gas station. The worst gas station ever I gave them $100 but they don't change 10am in the morning. Yet they are telling you that they don't have a change and they are not bank !!!! Do not give business to this place!!! My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and tonight as we were driving down Reseda with my two young kids, and she suddenly had to use a restroom (a symptom of MS where suddenly you will have no control of your bowel). We had to immediately stop at the first place we found. I walked in there to ask the clerk if we could use the restroom as my wife has a medical condition and he rudely said no as the restrooms are not for public. I even offered to purchase something and he again said no. I responded by saying 'Shameful' and he started shouting at me and saying 'Get out of here'. He repeatedly said that and looked like was going to get Physical. I walked out of there scared. I even called LAPD and they told me that as long as this guy did not physically threaten me, there is nothing they could do.
