Arco has the best gas prices in the San Fernando Valley. This location has the lowest prices compared to other SFV spots. The man behind the counter is always friendly when you walk in and has a smile on his face. Its very clean inside and by the pumps with plenty of room to pull your car in & out. Located near Reseda Blvd & Ventura. Easy in & out read more

Every time I come here, they are nice inside the convenience store of this ARCO. My only recommendation would be for them to add prices to the items on the shelves & in the refrigerator that they are selling though. Attached is a photo of the gas station prices that they have listed today (06/17/23). read more

ARCO - Gas prices June 17, 2023 - Gas Stations Near Me - Tarzana, California

Denied bathroom use due to it being out of order. Then a worked comes in with a key with a stick connected. I go what's that? And they said it's not for the bathroom. I said I think you're the one out of order. Zero stares for lying to me. Jerks run this carp hole gas station. Stay away. Card readers outside don't work either. Booo! read more

Very rude woman at the register. Overcharged me. Would not take my extra miles card. I asked for a manager she told me no. Unexcusable behavior. read more

I avoid this gas station if I can. First of all it is hard to access if you are traveling Northbound. Trying make a left into this place is so hard because of the traffic. Secondly, there's always people coming up to you asking for money while you're just trying to pump gas. Third, they charge you a fee to use your debit card. With gas prices so high, I need ever penny. Haha read more

The old lady aka Fatima is very rude for no reason. The place is a 24/7 gas station and she always has the door lock and when trying to purchase something she doesn't have it on stock . She also asks for my credit card PIN number ??? like NO Lady! But yeah this was my experience at this place and no I wouldn't recommend this gas station. read more

Slowest pumps operated by the dumbest *ing people. Too stupid to get the pumps fixed. Causes constant congestion and frustration. 3 gallons took 75 seconds. Nothing works and everything is filthy read more

Beware of this place. They overcharge, probably the reason they don't give a receipt. I purchased four small items, total was $19, didn't realize they overcharged me till I got to my car. Went back and supposedly he had made a mistake... Beware read more

I dont understand why it's closed! It's a 24/7 location and this lady would not open the window/door to assist anyone! She rude asf and getting off of work to get a drink and a black and mild yet now I can't seriously pissed me off. It's at 4:32am I attached photos. read more

I would not give these people one star if I could. Their pumps are meant to trick you into buying gas in credit card price. After you choose debit as the option, the pump asks again if you want to use debit or credit price. If I already said debit, why ask again? Also if you pay cash, the pumping stops few Pennie's before the full amount paid. I have complained so many times, and nothing has happened, but today I decided to expose them here and will be reporting them to better business bureau. Shame on you! read more

I like coming to this gas station because their gas prices are the best, conveniently located, plenty of pumps, very spacious, well maintained, very well lit at night. The convenience store is always well stocked with beverages both outside and inside and other essentials. I would like to compliment HICHEM, he's very nice, pleasant, attentive, great personality and professional. It was a pleasure meeting Hichem today and I look forward to coming back. read more

I have on a couple of occasions now encountered the problem with their pump stopping and immediately after it stops it charges me, even when I wasn't finished pumping, and even when it only puts .21 cents of gas in my car. When I went to the teller last night, the woman, Fatima, stated that there was nothing she could do about the card charge and that I would have to pay another card charge to continue pumping gas. This is ridiculous. Obviously I wanted more than .21 cents of gas. read more

not sure what ownership id thinking, gas price are out this world at 5.20 a gallon, then any another gas station nearby at 4.65 . by the way its a Chevron now not arco. read more

Cashier was extremely rude to my girlfriend when she wanted to put partly cash and the rest on the card for her pump. Terrible service! Do not go here. read more

This used to be a Shell gas station I believe and changed to Arco a few months back. Clean and orderly feel to this gas station. Spacious gas pump stations large enough to drive in between cars to get out or squeeze in the middle pump if you need to. It's such an easy turn in for people who are at the Reseda and Ventura corner. There is however a .35 Cent debit fee which sucks. If you drive down one more block to Lindley there is a "Savings" gas station which prices are a little cheaper plus no fee for using your card, in fact there is a giant No Debit Fee banner on their bldg. I saw this after leaving here unfortunately. Employees are a bit frantic but nice. read more

Unprofessional cashier. Her name was Fatima and she was having a full blown phone conversation with someone in a different language on loud speaker. I get that she might think it's okay because it's not like anyone can understand what they are talking about, but it was extremely unprofessional and really distracting. I almost forgot my pin # and had a hard time reading the card machine cos I was just so shocked by the lack of respect for the business. Most people would say, hey, I have a customer, let me call you back.... read more

Worse service ever!!! Always used to come to this station, but after tonight's experience, will not be coming back. Just simply tried to get gas for my car and was refused a U.S. money which everyone takes in U.S.A., except this guy who's scared of accepting a legit bill. I can really understand that there's a chance that we all take when taking cash, but if you doubts all the time, have a way of checking it not cry about it. Avoid at all cost. read more

Was Shell and now it's arco. Cheapest cost for gas in this area. Cute little mini market and most employees are helpful. The area is very clean and they keep the pumps clean which is hard to find. read more

Great location for a gas station. I loved it when it was a shell station. My work provides me with a company car and a company credit card, well arco doesn't take credit cards at the pump such a burn. Now I go across the street to 76. read more

It's a gas station what much can I say. But prices are awesome. Every other gas stations are more expensive.

Awful customer service. I was paying and the guy behind the counter was pressing everything for me including agreeing to 35cent fee while paying debit card. Granted it's a small fee- there's also a fee when u pump gas- but it's the way he acted when o asked about the fee since I just looked at him press accept all through out the transaction. He was like next customer and didn't even acknowledge my question. Very rude. Also I got a 2 bottles of water, a bag of chips and 2 candy bars and the total was almost $10. Not sure how accurate the pricing is but pretty steep for 5 items. Will not be coming back to pump at this location. read more

Always there are issues with the pumps, always 2 or 3 pumps are not working and there is no sign on them, 2 or 3 pumps does not accept debit and again no sign on them, you will be lucky if any of them would give you a receipt. When you go inside and tell the cashier, he is like "oh, ok" meaning he could care less. Not a good strategy if you think customers would go inside the store to pay for the gas and buy something else, most of the time customers end up leaning and going to another gas station. I guess owner doesn't care at all. read more

Rude cashier. Was like he was doing me a favor letting me purchase fuel at his station. Never going back even at the price.

This gas station is a piece of shit. The clerks don't know what they're doing, and the pumps don't work.

NEVER buy gas here! Horrible and discriminatory. I went to by gas this evening and the cashier refused to sell to me because I wanted to pay in part with $5 in quarters. The cashier was middle eastern with a gray mustache that was horribly rude and condisending. He yelled at me in front of other customers. He insisted that I can't buy gas with coins to which I responded that quarters are in fact US currency. There was no reason for him to yell at me. I am dressed in my work suit and I drive a Mercedes. In this case What it boils down to is that I am a woman and he is a middle eastern man so he thinks that it's ok to yell at a woman. Horrible, unacceptable and discriminatory behavior. NEVER use this gas station. Also, he yelled at me that he is not a bank...I read in other reviews that he said the same thing to other customers. DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE! read more

The worst gas station ever I gave them $100 but they don't change 10am in the morning. Yet they are telling you that they don't have a change and they are not bank !!!! Two of them standing there and male worker is very aggressive and not nice at all. Duhhhh I walked in gas station not a bank dumb a$$$. I waited for change but no luck. Also another customer complained that gas pump doesn't work twice and a guy went out with him!!!!Finally, pumping gas but gas pumper had some type of oil or grease on it. Disgusting clean it since you are way to lazy to go to bank for change. If you don't have change, pumps are not working, and not clean how this place is qualified to run business. Cheap price is does not give you excuse to treat customers like s$$$!!!! So people stay away and go somewhere else where they have service and change!!!!! read more

Worst gas station ever with the worst customer service if your not Muslim, Jewish, Persian, or from the middle east! They are only nice to Muslims, Jews, Persians, & middle easterns. Gave the dude cash money and he made me wait to get change from another customer. The cashier with glasses wanted me to wait outside for god knows how long in the chilly 45 degree weather just to get my change. WTF!! The dude just pocketed the cash stuttering excuse after excuse of where my money went. Persian friend of the cashier stepped in and started talking bullshit about this is business! Bullshit! Money dissappering within 30 seconds is not normal business! Asking me to wait outside for my change is NOT normal business! As I left I told the cashier to tell his manager to make sure his business has change for customers. The dude yelled at me and told me his manager will be in tomorrow! WTF!! Tired of these mad dawging no smiling middle eastern people with NO kindness or customer service! Gonna start dropping off my dog poop bags in there trash cans daily! It's legal for me to do so! Poop on these people who own this gas station!!! read more

Do not give business to this place!!! My wife has Multiple Sclerosis and tonight as we were driving down Reseda with my two young kids, and she suddenly had to use a restroom (a symptom of MS where suddenly you will have no control of your bowel). We had to immediately stop at the first place we found. I walked in there to ask the clerk if we could use the restroom as my wife has a medical condition and he rudely said no as the restrooms are not for public. I even offered to purchase something and he again said no. I responded by saying 'Shameful' and he started shouting at me and saying 'Get out of here'. He repeatedly said that and looked like was going to get Physical. I walked out of there scared. I even called LAPD and they told me that as long as this guy did not physically threaten me, there is nothing they could do. The recommended that I file a complaint against them with Arco corporate. read more
