When I pulled up, I could see the different options for a car wash. I went with the premium wash. She handed me a wipe and car scent. That is a nice tough! Love that. My car went in dirty and came out clean lol That's a win haha However, my only criticism is that my car was not all the way dry when I left. The man who checked my car in kept insisting that per his boss my BMW was "too low" to go through the tunnel and told me I had to pay $40 for a hand wash. Ummm... there was literally a BMW 3 Series JUST LIKE MINE right before me that went through the tunnel! Make it make sense. I even told them I've been a loyal customer for years, and they still insisted. At this point, it really felt like they just saw an opportunity to charge me more. And honestly, it's not the $40--it's the principle. I absolutely HATE feeling like a business is taking advantage of customers to make a quick buck. If the policy is truly about certain cars being "too low," then why was the BMW right in front of me allowed through? After years of being a customer, this is how you lose one. I'll happily take my business somewhere else--preferably somewhere that values honesty and doesn't make loyal customers feel ripped off. Never coming back.

IT dries pretty well. I'm happy with my car washes here. What I like that is above and beyond compared to other car washes; they tape up your windshield wipers and things that could fly off or get messed up from the wash. How great is that? I also like how unique this car wash looks. The robot lady is pictured everywhere, and it reminds me of a comic book almost. It is fun and unique. It seems like a good value.

Big mistake. Instead, I was met with blank stares, denial, and total refusal to accept any responsibility. They wouldn't even give me an incident report number or explain what happens next. Audry, Andrew, and Lisa have all been contacted -- and yet nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. This place is the definition of shady, negligent, and cowardly.
