The lady at the front counter seemed unaware of the discount clearly being promoted on their website, acted clueless about it until I showed her the ad online. For auto cleaning services, you first drop off your vehicle and key at the car wash line, where a guy hands you a paper with the service you requested. You then bring that into the small building at the center to pay at the register (it's like a gas station convenience store, but smaller with less products for sale), and you show your receipt showing payment to pick up your vehicle when it's done. The place offers restrooms and a shaded waiting area with ample seating and a few tables. They don't call out your name when your car is ready (cuz they don't ask for names when you drop your car off), they just look at the waiting area and yell out "hey" and/or wave their arms around to indicate a vehicle is done. Problem is, the interior cleaning stalls are on two sides of the facility and only one side is viewable from the waiting area. So after 40 minutes, I walked around the corner to check the status and found my car just sitting there. A guy motioned that it was done and asked for my receipt. Not sure how long ago they had finished. It wasn't exactly the perfect system, but $32 for the Works interior and exterior wash, and they do all the cleaning for me... not bad at all. There was still some dust and grime on the inside and outside (they clearly don't pay attention to detail), but at a discounted price, it was good enough.

my sister made an appointment through yvonne for interior/exterior cleaning for her 2025 honda…read moreaccord and was quoted $240 but was actually charged $199 instead because there wasn't too much dog fur! sheldon came by around 8 am and finished around 10:15 am, he did an AMAZING job! he really took his time in making sure everything was spotless, inside and out. it looked so good, i immediately made an appointment for my own car (2016 mercedes benz) and yvonne was able to fit me in at 1 pm same day! my car has never had interior detailing done before and it was awful with about 8 years worth of dog fur (regular vacuuming just doesn't get all of it 100%) and the exterior hadn't been washed in over 6 months. obviously, my car was a lot more work and took a bit longer (about 3-3.5 hrs vs 2~ hrs) but looked just as amazing after! i was more than happy to pay the extra $$ (total was $240) to get rid of all the dog fur. interior work involved: shampoo/steaming carpets, leather care, vacuuming, long lasting fresh scent, and wipe down of surfaces/cuoholders/screens/windows etc exterior work involved: power wash/rinse outside, wheels, trims, tire rims/ tire shine, and a shiny coating to protect the car and keep it looking nice for longer! sheldon did a fantastic job and i've already booked for my mom and my brother to get their cars done too! they offer an exterior maintenance job for abt $80/car (which still covers general interior cleaning with wipe downs and carpet steaming!) again, thank you so much sheldon and yvonne!! this is a small family owned business and you can tell that they really care for and love doing their work :)
