Came back to use the restroom and RESTROOM IS OUT OF SERVICE. Someone else shopping said, they always have that sign. Restrooms do work. Employee said he was following orders from management. most expensive gas in the area. I was super tired at night and noticed that my gas is low, so I am going to the nearest gas station. I see the prices, and just gave in because I am so tired to keep driving to find a cheaper gas station. For some reason, I think a troll inputted the wrong prices on Google and Gas Buddy saying that prices were the same at the nearby gas stations. The price was actually $1 (a whole dollar) per gallon more expensive. Yikes. Well, I should've expected this since it is the closest gas station to Disneyland. I will never come back to this gas station ever again. Yesterday was my last time ever spending money here. One of the owners was so rude and wouldn't let me use the restroom. I live 40 miles from here and work in Anaheim so I will usually stop at this gas station 1-2 times a week for diesel in my truck. It costs me $200 to fill my tank each time so I spend anywhere from $200-$400 here weekly. I will not return. They have a sign on the bathroom door that says out of order order which it's nots they have had that sign up for awhile. Every week I come they let me use the bathroom even with the sign on the door. There's a nice girl and other man that always let me. Mutual respect is NOT a value that an employee of this convenience store/gas station utilizes. I wonder if the owner (maybe it's him) knows how poorly he treats customers. I walked in the store and I wished him a good morning. He provided a dirty look and nothing else. As I look for what to select to drink located toward the back or the store he just glared at me, never taking his eyes off me as I was dumping store goods down my pants. I selected a Pepsi and came to the register to pay. He grumbled the total and I presented my debit card. His response - pointing to a very small handwritten note carelessly taped to the register that reads, "Minimum $5 purchase to use debit or credit". As he pointed to the sign, he merely whistled with a melody of "Hello! Can't you see?" No words - nothing. I am not bothered by the minimum purchase - I am fine following that policy. It's his bad attitude and lack of respect that he would not reciprocate. I just thanked him and said I puked make a Pepsi purchase elsewhere. We all have choices when deciding what and where to buy our goods. No customer had the right to treat any employee with disrespectful or disregard just because they are a paying customer. Customers also deserve a minimum level of respect as well. If I don't get it, I kindly thank them, leave respectfully and make the choice to never purchase from that location again. read more

I purchased a coffee & it was clear the guidelines for covid are not being follow.. the coffee counter had sugar, creamer & coffee spilled on the counter.. no napkins, wipes or or sanitizer available. When I asked for sanitizer the young hispanic had terrible service. He acted as Covid guidelines was not that important to him.. I used to live near this gas station year ago and it was the one I would regularly visit to fill up my car. I moved a number of years ago, so there is/was never a need to come to this gas station. Then the other day, I got real lazy and my tank was pretty much on the "E" with the little symbol flashing. Since I was close to this gas station, I decided I would stop here and fill the tank. I pull in and the price was $3.85!?!?! No wonder the station was empty. Near my place, which is a mile south of Disneyland, the price for gas is $3.59. I knew I could probably have made it to another gas station, but I just decided to put in $10 worth. Man, for being lazy, I sure did pay for it. read more

This gas station is in a sad state due to a lack of funds and a lack of caring by the owners. The convenience store inside is selling snack foods without keeping an eye on dates. I purchased products that had expired in 2012! There is a Mexican food restaurant inside. The tables are worn and feel greasy. The second restaurant/snack shop is closed, it now has a person selling tickets for amusement parks. The bathrooms were dingy. The gas pumps were not working the day I was there. The store feels neglected by patrons and staff, more like an abandoned place than an open store. This used to be a booming store, teaming with life. I was disgusted by the rancid peanut butter crackers I purchased. Shame on this store for selling something that expired over a year ago! I went in to purchase a gas gift card for a birthday present. When I wanted to make a purchase, a young female and a guy behind the counter were saying something like "Do you want to take it?" to each other in a kind of a flirting tone. The female cashier ended up running the transaction for me. Because it was a purchase of a gift card, I had to swipe the gift card in the credit card terminal for activation. This had to be done by me very carefully. The gift card was attached to a cardboard and I didn't want to ruin the cardboard because it was a gift for an important person. But for some reason, the activation was not successful even after three attempts. Then the guy chimed in. He took the gift card, folded the cardboard to swipe the card. The activation went through but I was pissed at the fact that the cardboard was ruined. I told him what he did and he didn't seem to realize what he had done. I demanded a refund but he wouldn't budge. I told him multiple times that I want a refund because the product that I paid for is not in the same condition as it was. He wasn't even willing to exchange with a different gift card. Instead, he wanted to take the card out of the cardboard and stick it to a new cardboard, which he miserably failed to accomplish (because the adhesive behind the card can never stay in the shape after the card is removed from it.) I am not sure how I should feel about this. This actually happened more than two months ago and I still don't understand why I should have been treated the way I was treated for something that I have not done or caused. read more

Worst gas station ever. Never thought I'd review a gas station but the service was so bad I had to. While my friend was getting gas, I went inside to ask for a token for the restroom. The cashier replied with "do I look like I give things away for free?" I thought he was kidding so I laughed but his face stayed angry and scary and replied with "next time this is going to cost money". First of all, we already spent money on overpriced gas here AND we bought sodas here so why can't I use the restroom here? My friend's soda that she was bought was flat when she opened the bottle but he let her exchange it for a new soda which is why I gave them two stars rather than one. read more

They told my father to go ahead and leave his car because it had a flat. My father told them that he would be back in the morning to get it. He came back and the service manager towed the car. The tow truck company charged my dad 345 dollars to get his car out of impound. I called the manager and he said he didn't know anything about it, but he was the one who called to get it towed. Worst gas stations ever. We stayed in a hotel near by "days-inn" and visited this station to buy water at 11.30 PM after a day at Disneyland. The cashier/clerk who seem to be Chinese or a Japanese was very rude and abusive. We could barely understand what he was saying when we asked him for a can of water and despite being polite, he was rude and very unprofessional. The person at the counter does not deserve to be sitting there. I hope somebody at shell see this and take necessary actions. Shell has a good reputation and need to get the right attitude people to uphold that reputation. read more

Aside from the gas being ridiculously overpriced the service of the employees here are complete shit. I would give this place no stars if I could. I have never written a review good or bad so this only shows to what extent this place sucks! The lady kept being rude to every single one of her customers. I was standing by the cash registers for a good ten minutes choosing out cool different lighters before actually proceeding to get in line to pay. During this period the two employees were arguing with each other in front of everyone, then she went on and began an argument with me. Over a plastic baggy for a lighter that did not work. I had just walked out of the place and even paid them extra ! I bought $20 worth of lighters. Why would I waste money on lighters that don't work. I could have easily received a refund. There's a Chevron down Katella and Euclid with better prices and is just a 5 minute drive from this horrible place. read more
