This location is always hopping, expect lines of people inside and lines of cars outside. There aren't a lot of other gas stations or convenience stores surrounding this location, so there services are in high demand. When I'm trying to save money on lunch, this place offers an awesome value!. 32oz fountain beverages are 99cents! They have such a good variety... Including Coke products and Pepsi, Cherry Coke, Horchata, and other frescas. I love the cantelope or watermelon! Mmm! They allow refills for a discount too. I get the chicken sandwich and load it up with condiments - don't forget the BBQ sauce! It's always fresh and hot! Sometimes I'll treat myself to their 3/$1 cookie deal too! There's lots of other options. Be prepared to wait. There's always people in line. But they usually will open a second register to alleviate the queue. The workers always seem friendly and helpful. There are restrooms for customers with keyed entry. The restrooms need some TLC. The toilet seat in the ladies is loose, so be careful or you'll slide around! Been there... Done that. Well I am waiting for a call back from management. My vehicle was damaged at the facility yesterday (4/11/18) I specially asked the person doing the ticket if my vehicle was going to be hand wash (since this is my first time here) & not taken thru a machine and was told yes it was going to be washed. After driving my car home I noticed both my driver side wheels are damaged so did they put my car thru a car wash machine? I'm really upset and need manager to contact me because I need this fixed ASAP! My Prius was light on gas so popped by Arco. Purchased 1 gallon enough to get me to Costco gas where it's way cheaper. Paid $4.38 which was the cost of 1 gallon (my Prius gets 55 miles per gallon). Pumped the gas and got 0.956 gallons. I did not get the full gallon I expected and was overcharged by 0.04. For every 100,000 gallons they're stealing an extra $4,400 and for every 1,000,000 gallons they're stealing an extra $44,000! This place is literally takes money without most noticing. read more

I had to take off 3 stars for the 3 out of 3 times I've Came to this location and wanted to put air in my tires and when i ask the girls at the counter to please turn on the air and they say yes and don't do it! I'm very polite when i ask. And EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I am standing out there for at least 5 mins and NO AIR!!!! It is cold in the morning on my way to work and i just wanna get back in my car. This was my absolute last time coming to this location I've never been treated with such disrespect the person working tonight is the first time I see him the regular man that works nightshift is a sweetheart but u know the saying one bad apple spoils the bunch I failed to get his name but u can call and join me on filing a complaint if u feel it was wrong what he did. I wish I could give 0 star. I went here on July 19 to buy beer. I brought 3 pack of 24 oz beer which I paid $10.01. The sales guy never asked if I needed a bag or not while checking out. Later I realized I needed a bag then I asked for a bag and he asked for 10 cents. Since I had no cash I had to pay with Apple Pay.I went home and I found I've been charged $18.67 for a one plastic bag. I believe he did wrong charge intentionally. I immediately called him and told me to meet the manager tomorrow morning. Next morning I went to the store and after waiting long time my issue was addressed and he gave me a copy of both transactions and told me to be refunded after seeing the video. The mini mart is not the greatest place. Although - never ending stream of Anaheim Police at this location - so you feel safe. The gas is really cheap here and probably because they dont take credit card. They need to raise their prices the corresponding amount it takes to afford credit card. Not taking credit card blows. Charge the 1.5% or whatever it is to get the availability. The car wash on the other hand - 5 star. If I could rate it alone I would give it 5 stars. As it is, the car wash is so awesome that no matter how bad the food in the mini mart is - this place gets 4 stars. For $25-30 you get your car hand washed, hand waxed, buffed, vacuumed, and a nice scent in your car. That's hard to beat. Up in Davis CA where I lived in the past the places cost like 125 or more for this much hand labor. Not in the OC. I highly recommend this car wash. I've been stuffing myself with cheese burgers, all the while convinced I was eating a tasty Jimmy Dean breakfast delight? How could this be? I squeezed that little sausage and inspected the goo. When you pay, the attendant also gives you a giant wetwipe for the interior and a micro fiber towel to dry any wet areas. Best machine/DIY carwash experience in my life. They have a hand washed car wash, many gas pumps, and I've rarely had an issue at this location. When it comes to the car wash it's a hit or miss. I got my car wash at this station. I tried using the $2 off any car wash but the cashier didn't know what I was talking about despite showing her my phone about the offer. I ended up paying full price for my car wash, but it was okay since it was $10. You get what you pay for. My car wasn't entirely clean. Both of my side mirrors had water marks, the windshield and rear window still had dirt on it, and there was some weird substance on one of my windows. I didn't wait too long for my car, by the time I finished eating my yogurt at the place next door my car was almost done. If you want a speedy wash then this is the place for you. If you value the quality of your wash then you're better off paying more at a different place or just doing it yourself. read more

I recently moved to NorCal and cannot find an inexpensive and good car wash like this place. I have come here for 15 years and this is my first review wish I left more. Here my car comes back to me clean no dog hair windows dash and bugs gone. In NorCal it is lacking some talent and twice the cost. For those expecting the same as a $100 detail will be disappointed it's not that but awesome as far as quick care washes go. And yes they raised the price $2 in $10 years!!! I've only been to this particular Arco 2 Times, with this being my Second visit to get gasoline for my vehicle. I went into the store and low and behold, there's a cashier at is named Hector. He proceeded to enter the amount of gas I informed him that I was getting, along with the pump number. Well, what happened next ought to have been caught on Camera for a news show. This young 20 something young man decided that he was: 1) Going to be Rude, 2) Going to be Snude, & 3) Going to be Short of speaking directly to me, as he stated in a slurred manner: "You can come back in for your receipt." Short, sour & bitter. What happened afterwards is a shame: The Caucasian supervisor/manager then began to justify the customer care that was anything But! I actually mentioned how I don't go into is Arco often (only me 2nd time at this one). However, the supervisor/manager was disconcerning with what her employee just displayed: To a person with a Disability. It seems weird to be writing a review about a gas station but I really feel compelled to after the service I get at this station. The employees here are always so kind and efficient at their jobs, even when the lines are ridiculously long, which is admittedly only occasionally. Carmen is not a very good employee. My wife has a disability and was denied use of the restrooms by Carmen. It looked as if she was off of her shift at around 10:15 pm. Then she went back in and the man stopped short of handing her the key, then stated it's only for customers. You didn't buy gas . I've never been inside so I can't comment on that aspect, but at the pumps it's a good experience. There are planty of pumps, and three individual pay stations so you hardly ever have to wait. The real reason I am complaining is because later the night I discovered that some quarters were stolen from my car as well as my prescription that was in my glove compartment.
