No bathroom. When asked if they had one, they replied, "it's closed." How can a bathroom for a 24 hr gas station be closed?

DO NOT COME TO THIS GAS STATION!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY ! I came in with half a tank and I put in $50 and not a quarter of my gas went up !!! They told me there was nothing they could do about it and didn't even bother to let others know that the pump wasn't working!!! Located right before you enter the Disney Parking lot...this Arco is on the right hand side and it always seems really full. Getting gas seems like the number one thing many people are trying to do at Arco. I always come here to grab a bag of chips. Yes chips..my favorite ones are the spicy hot Cheetos with lime. I know I have completed a serious sin by eating a whole bag of Cheetos to myself. But I do like it and sometimes a girl needs to just eat something sinfully! Many different people, from all walks of life come here. But I wish the parking lot was a lot larger so you can fit more cars and the pumps seem very close to one another. She wouldn't break cash to get air in our rentals full flat tire, she didn't want to do cash back, then got mad when she said "okay, I do"... so I selected $10 cash back to get scolded and for her to still refuse to give me quarters. Terrible customer service all around for her to just throw a fit and then proceed to turn the air on for me after she yelled at me for misunderstanding what she was implying. Rude manager and staff. We bought hot cocoa and let the manager know we didn't like it and asked if we could exchange for something else. We let her know we wanted to buy more also from the store. Manager said " how do I know this is ours?" We asked if she remembered us and she said yes but still said no. Then she asked " why are you fighting for $2?" This AM PM is in a very busy area. It only has 4 pumps but the flow is good. I've found the store to be stocked and the employees are friendly. The prices are on the higher side because it's in the resort area. read more

Nice employees and located very close to the backside of Disney and right next to our hotel last weekend! Hostess donette bags were $5 each, coffee around $2, and bananas $1. Went on 11/15/2023 at 6:30pm thought your store was open 24/7. But anyway I purchased something and the guy with glasses and a thick accent WAS trying to be intimidating by telling me I needed to hurry in a angry way like I was an inconvenience. He told me to hurry because they were closing. He did not treat the lady in line after me like that. Or did the store ever close. He was very ugly about it. I did nothing to this employee but simply come in to buy at a store you have open for business. This isn't the last you will hear about this. Closest AMPM to Disneyland, right at the entrance to the Mickey and Friends parking garage. While the least expensive gas directly around the resort, it's not as cheap as other AMPM's further away. This location can be PACKED which makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. The store itself is typical AMPM, but with TONS of Disney merchandise. Just in case you didn't buy the Mickey Mouse doll in the parks, you can pick one up here. The couple times I've been there, it's been for a quick hot food item, which they seem to have plenty at all times. As with all AMPM's, there is a charge to use your debit card. I think it was 35 cents. Not super bad, but still annoying. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location at Disneyland Dr and Ball rd. One employee told me to grab the key from the desk for the restroom and then the other told me the restroom was suddenly out of service, which I do not believe to be true. Tried 3x to pump gas using the register inside with no luck. Employees were extremely rude and condescending when asking what the problem with the pump was. Finally decided to use credit card directly at pump and had no issues. They also charged 2 debit fees for these failed transactions. The two ladies working at 545 PM on Monday October 15rh were EXTREMELY rude and should be talked to about customer service, and in fact, just interpersonal etiquette in general. read more

Very bad customer service. Their younger cashier had a whole lot of attitude. We paid for a soda and I thought she would get it for us due to the covid. She said we have to get it. So it turns out that they don't have ice on the soda machine. We went back to her and she said (with an attitude) "oh yah we don't have ice". Not as expensive as I expected, especially considering its proximity to Disneyland. The property is the dirtiest of all the properties in the area, but I guess this could be attributed to the fact that it's a gas station. VERY difficult to get out of if your destination is anwhere but west on Ball rd. Best bet is to take a right out of the station onto Ball and flip a bitch up the road somewhere. read more

Never been so insulted... As I was counting out my money and placing it on the counter I got scolded by the cashier and was directed to count the money in his hand... He claims I was throwing the money at him and then was ranting about how we need to be accountable for our actions and how people all day has been doing that. Then I informed him that I was counting out my money and then I was going to hand it to him... This cashier needs to learn his manners. Then he asks if I would like a receipt which I replied yes please... the crumpled the receipt and threw it into the trash. When I asked for my receipt he said it's right there... This place serves up straight up gas but is a bit more expensive than most arco stations since it's located in the Disney Resort Area. Most times their pumps aren't all up and when your pumping it says the nozzle must be replaced soon. Also, the air for tire inflation also is mostly always down but they do sell cheap drinks and snacks which are great to grab before heading into the resort area so be sure you do! read more

This is one of the cheaper gas stations in the area, and it's a pretty easy in / easy out pumping station, and its location right at the 5 exit and entrance makes it super convenient. It's also right across the street from Disneyland, so sometimes at night you get to see the fireworks while pumping, or gawk at the obvious tourists with plaid shorts and black socks, and pasty complexions. read more

I wish I could give it 0. I left crying. I prepaid inside and went to pump. It wasn't working so I went inside. The guy said he'd help so I went back out and waited. He never came so I put the pump back and went inside. When you are dealing with customers who are the reason you have a job don't be assholes. I was told to see Lee. There was a guy in line and lee ignored me. The guy motioned for me to go but Lee refuses to look at me. Then I got there and he said there's a process to getting gas, you pick up the pumpetc. Then he tells me it's my fault it canceled even though no one would help me. I said you could be nice and he said at the end of the day do you want gas or not because I'm busy? Wtf? That's how you deal with a customer? I never yelled at him and I did nothing to deserve this.
