Pump 7 pumps gas at 40 seconds a gallon. Yes I timed it. It took over 13 minutes to pump 20 gallons. What a joke. Fix the pump or take it out it service. read more

They acted like the bathrooms didn't work...after I got gas. Never give them business again.

This place should be closed down!!! Worst cashier and people. Very rude since when u have to scan ID to buy read more

So bad service. Charge me $8.99 dollar for a car wash even I already told a guy the basic price, but still got me an expensive one. When I drove my car inside, it was the water pills out and the machine did not work, or I get any mops for the car. So I came back and he blamed me that I moved my car that's why the machine didn't work and even ask me " Pay it again". So stupid question. read more

No bathroom. When asked if they had one, they replied, "it's closed." How can a bathroom for a 24 hr gas station be closed?

THIS REVIEW IS ONLY ABOUT THE RESTROOM. I'd rather squat on the street than pee at a gas station but this one right here. I walk in, BOOM, the smell of bleach slapped my face. Toilet clean, fully stocked toilet covers, toilet paper, and soap. Yeah, I'll be back to break the seal after drinking on my way to Disneyland. Tootles and Maruchan noodles. read more

DO NOT COME TO THIS GAS STATION!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY ! I came in with half a tank and I put in $50 and not a quarter of my gas went up !!! They told me there was nothing they could do about it and didn't even bother to let others know that the pump wasn't working!!! The first picture is how much it went up from the half point with "$50". The second picture is $40 of gas from another gas station. Your better off putting gas somewhere else but here ! read more

Horrible customer service and the tendente don't speak English. Was gestured that I could use the restroom and after told by the worker coming out I could not. I am a paying customer . Feel like if I spoke Spanish they would have been nicer to me. read more

Why is it that the Restroom is closed or " not working "..? Customers should be able to use Restroom when getting gas! Employee couldn't explain why it was closed. As a Driver i shbe able to gp to the Restroom at an Arco station, however, most say it's not working! Get it fixed! read more

Located right before you enter the Disney Parking lot...this Arco is on the right hand side and it always seems really full. Getting gas seems like the number one thing many people are trying to do at Arco. I always come here to grab a bag of chips. Yes chips..my favorite ones are the spicy hot Cheetos with lime. I know I have completed a serious sin by eating a whole bag of Cheetos to myself. But I do like it and sometimes a girl needs to just eat something sinfully! Many different people, from all walks of life come here. But I wish the parking lot was a lot larger so you can fit more cars and the pumps seem very close to one another. Needs to be redone, that is for sure ! read more

I drive over an hour each time I come to this area. I ask for the bathroom key I get it with no issues. They know I buy something. This jerk male working Fri Dec 30 at 2:15ish was a total ass hole. Refused my buisness after I ask the key. I will never buy anything from these jerks again. Worst costumer service ever! read more

Cheap gas! I always get my gas here! Don't know what else I can say about a gas station lol

Well at this point do it really matter where you get gas in California so glad I'm just visiting and don't live here, but the gas station is clean and well organized with a decent selection of products and goods, it gets real busy especially during the rush hour. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! They refused the bathroom to my 5yr old daughter saying they saw me pull in and they didn't want to let her in because I wasn't putting gas. I was just trying to avoid her having an accident and they didn't let her. I called to speak to a manager and when I told them what happened they said there was nothing they could do and hung up so now I know I'm NEVER going to arco ever again any of them! read more

She wouldn't break cash to get air in our rentals full flat tire, she didn't want to do cash back, then got mad when she said "okay, I do"... so I selected $10 cash back to get scolded and for her to still refuse to give me quarters. Terrible customer service all around for her to just throw a fit and then proceed to turn the air on for me after she yelled at me for misunderstanding what she was implying. It was a very confusing experience all around. read more

Rude manager and staff. We bought hot cocoa and let the manager know we didn't like it and asked if we could exchange for something else. We let her know we wanted to buy more also from the store. Manager said " how do I know this is ours?" We asked if she remembered us and she said yes but still said no. Then she asked " why are you fighting for $2?" My wife told her it's not the money we have money, in fact again we wanted to buy more. She said well if u have money then why argue for the $2?. At this point she told her staff to just give us the money and when I took a pic to post ( since she doesn't have a name badge) she told me she is GOING TO SUE ME! I don't know about you but this is not how you treat customers let alone PEOPLE! She needs a lesson in customer service read more

Nice employees and located very close to the backside of Disney and right next to our hotel last weekend! Hostess donette bags were $5 each, coffee around $2, and bananas $1. Glad we didn't have to go far to get everything we needed! read more

Zero stars if I could pumps cc doesnt work imagine that. 2 diesel pumps in the 4 bays of pumps. Then go to pay inside, thank God the USA allows you to work customer service without any people skills 1 person in line instead of the pleasant lady behind the counter saying something like well let's go see if we can find the number to the pump. Nope she wants to be a rude disrespectful Bitc#. I wonder how Arco corporate would feel about this lack of customer service or the owner I don't normally call people bad names like this but this lady was the epitome of a bitc # 0 Stars if it were available Yelp is something to be used so the owners and people can see how their business is being looked at so you don't have to do mystery shoppers we are the mystery shoppers the ones that respond on Yelp you need to start listening looks like your business is going down read more

Closest AMPM to Disneyland, right at the entrance to the Mickey and Friends parking garage. While the least expensive gas directly around the resort, it's not as cheap as other AMPM's further away. This location can be PACKED which makes it a little difficult to get in and out of. The store itself is typical AMPM, but with TONS of Disney merchandise. Just in case you didn't buy the Mickey Mouse doll in the parks, you can pick one up here. The couple times I've been there, it's been for a quick hot food item, which they seem to have plenty at all times. As with all AMPM's, there is a charge to use your debit card. I think it was 35 cents. Not super bad, but still annoying. read more

Went on 11/15/2023 at 6:30pm thought your store was open 24/7. But anyway I purchased something and the guy with glasses and a thick accent WAS trying to be intimidating by telling me I needed to hurry in a angry way like I was an inconvenience. He told me to hurry because they were closing. He did not treat the lady in line after me like that. Or did the store ever close. He was very ugly about it. I did nothing to this employee but simply come in to buy at a store you have open for business. This isn't the last you will hear about this. I will be contacting customer service and the Better Business Bureau very soon. I will follow through. There is absolutely no excuse for a associates of any business should have behaviors like this or working in the public. I would also like to add there is a review about the same person from 4 years ago. So he must be invincible to have the same behaviors for four years and other people are leaving the same reviews about the same guy. read more

Rude customer service. I had to stop by to use the bathroom and they wouldn't let me use the bathroom. Told me it was "closed". Totally not cool that they treat people this way and after reading other peoples reviews I noticed I'm not the only one who had the same issue. They shouldn't be working in customer service if they're going to have a disgusting attitude to people who don't deserve it. read more

They employees were very kind and the hot burritos were very easy to walk to from the hotels nearby.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location at Disneyland Dr and Ball rd. One employee told me to grab the key from the desk for the restroom and then the other told me the restroom was suddenly out of service, which I do not believe to be true. Tried 3x to pump gas using the register inside with no luck. Employees were extremely rude and condescending when asking what the problem with the pump was. Finally decided to use credit card directly at pump and had no issues. They also charged 2 debit fees for these failed transactions. The two ladies working at 545 PM on Monday October 15rh were EXTREMELY rude and should be talked to about customer service, and in fact, just interpersonal etiquette in general. read more

Very bad customer service. Their younger cashier had a whole lot of attitude. We paid for a soda and I thought she would get it for us due to the covid. She said we have to get it. So it turns out that they don't have ice on the soda machine. We went back to her and she said (with an attitude) "oh yah we don't have ice". My boyfriend said now that we know that you should have said something about the ice and why did you even let us buy soda on the soda machine. Here response was just "oh". We just got a refund. Not even an apology. Whole lot of rudeness. Never coming back here. read more

Not as expensive as I expected, especially considering its proximity to Disneyland. The property is the dirtiest of all the properties in the area, but I guess this could be attributed to the fact that it's a gas station. This is the worst gas station, not only were the staff rude but they won't let you use the restroom when you are a paying customer. Will never return here again. read more

This place serves up straight up gas but is a bit more expensive than most arco stations since it's located in the Disney Resort Area. Most times their pumps aren't all up and when your pumping it says the nozzle must be replaced soon. Also, the air for tire inflation also is mostly always down but they do sell cheap drinks and snacks which are great to grab before heading into the resort area so be sure you do! read more

This is one of the cheaper gas stations in the area, and it's a pretty easy in / easy out pumping station, and its location right at the 5 exit and entrance makes it super convenient. It's also right across the street from Disneyland, so sometimes at night you get to see the fireworks while pumping, or gawk at the obvious tourists with plaid shorts and black socks, and pasty complexions. read more

Never been so insulted... As I was counting out my money and placing it on the counter I got scolded by the cashier and was directed to count the money in his hand... He claims I was throwing the money at him and then was ranting about how we need to be accountable for our actions and how people all day has been doing that. Then I informed him that I was counting out my money and then I was going to hand it to him... This cashier needs to learn his manners. Then he asks if I would like a receipt which I replied yes please... the crumpled the receipt and threw it into the trash. When I asked for my receipt he said it's right there... I kindly asked where as I was u able to see it anywhere. Then he needed to key in something on the register for my receipt to reprint. read more

I wish I could give it 0. I left crying. I prepaid inside and went to pump. It wasn't working so I went inside. The guy said he'd help so I went back out and waited. He never came so I put the pump back and went inside. When you are dealing with customers who are the reason you have a job don't be assholes. I was told to see Lee. There was a guy in line and lee ignored me. The guy motioned for me to go but Lee refuses to look at me. Then I got there and he said there's a process to getting gas, you pick up the pumpetc. Then he tells me it's my fault it canceled even though no one would help me. I said you could be nice and he said at the end of the day do you want gas or not because I'm busy? Wtf? That's how you deal with a customer? I never yelled at him and I did nothing to deserve this. He needs a job dealing with no people since he has no personal skills. read more

I have purchased cigarettes today and was asked for my ID. I understand the new law and I am happy to comply and follow the rules.
