Maggie is the meanest coldest employee I have ever met . I was stoped by the side of the road I ran outta gas and I didn't have gas can . She doesn't speak English and refused to help at all . She humiliated me and wouldn't help me at all my car was on the corner of Gilbert and katella and I couldn't pushed the car outta of the street in time for a big rig to smash into the tail of my vehicle . This Chevron is based in Anaheim on Ball Rd and Katella Avenue. I had to grab a snack but before, I was planning to use a restroom. One of the restrooms said it was vacant and yet the cashier who was absolutely full of it refused to give me the key, when i urgently needed to use the restroom. This location needs to fire the cashier who works on Saturday afternoons and idk what people think. This location is a joke! read more

Flickering lights, bad attitude, I guess I should have known better. Very, very super rude. Man working there would not sell booze after 11pm. Further, there are no signs which indicate that sales after 11 are kibashed. At midnight, I waited patiently for the gas station manager to take care of his business - clearing 6 trashcan. During this time, the store was locked. When he came back to reopen, he asked me what I wanted, which was beer. Their Air Pump is broke ! Instead of pumping and adding some air to your Tires, they sucked it as lowest as possible PSI. It's jeopardizing and potentially to get a traffic accident. As gas stations go this one is easy to get in and out. The prices are higher because of where it is you can drive a few miles and find cheaper. At some times it does get busy. I've always found it to be clean and the employees have friendly. read more

The gas prices here are high, but that seems to be a trend among Chevrons in general. It's good gas, so I will continue to use, but still. Inside is clean and well-stocked with lots of snacks for the road. Parking to go inside is a little crowded, especially if there are larger trucks at the pumps. Getting back onto the road or getting onto the I-5 is a little tricky from here, but can be done. read more

Just rotten. I have never seen a more lazy, indifferent staff in any business. The coffee machines are regularly out of order or empty of product, and no one can even bother to put up an "Out of Order" sign. Before I stopped going there, I had gone to the counter to make a purchase, but I had to wait while the manager (at least his name tag said Manager) watched a video with the counter person, then acted put out when I asked if I could please pay. The guy clearly doesn't care at all about anything related to the business or the customers, and his terrible attitude carries down the rest of the employees. They don't do anything about the aggressive panhandlers that loiter all over the property, and I think the only reason the place still exists is because of its proximity to Disneyland - which really makes Anaheim look bad to the tourists who stop in for gas and snacks. Well, how do you evaluate a gas station? Lol! To me, gas is gas. What matters is the price I pay for it. With the convenience of credit cards accepted at the pump, you don't evaluate customer service anymore. Compared to gas stations just miles away from this location, I can attest that there are cheaper stations. This location is probably more expensive because it literally is across from Disneyland. So, because of the the higher price, minus 1 star. It's a convenient location for me for work, but I can guarantee that I will not fill up here. Just 1-2 gallons to get me to my closest CostCo gas station cause I usually wait till the last drop. read more

This place is an absolute RIP-OFF!!! There is a fairly new law in California that states businesses are to charge 10¢ if you would like to purchase a reusable plastic shopping bag. BEWARE EMPLOYEES TRY TO SKIM YOUR CRETID CARD NUMBERS!!! They ask for the codes on the back of the cards and say that it's "a new process". MasterCard's website even says that the 3 digits on the back of the card are for internet purchases and are not to be used in person. Plus they are still using the old grocery bags and charging for the reusable ones. Bring cash only if you dare. BEWARE!!! We stopped here on our trip to Disneyland. Our card wouldn't work outside for some reason so we had to go in. Then they asked for the security code on the back of the card. Immediately this felt weird and shady so we refused and left to get gas across the street.
