They really worked with me to get the pricing to where the insurance would accept the quote, and after quoting a few different companies they were competitively priced. They were very accommodating when I had to postpone the install a few days before they were to begin siding. Communication was generally very good, they showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. There was a small issue at end of job, but they were very receptive and out immediately to take care of my concerns. Overall a very good company and I would definitely recommend them.

When they removed the old siding they uncovered some cosmetic damage to the foundation. They said they couldn't re-cover the area with siding, as doing so would void the manufacturer's warranty. Nor could they repair the "damage" themselves because, as they said, "We're a siding company, not masons". Thus, tens of thousands of dollars later our home was an eyesore and Keystone was no where in sight. In the end I was able to fix the problem myself; a mason was not even required. I feel, though, that Keystone should have offered just a hint of customer support by fixing a relatively simple problem themselves, or at least suggesting someone who could do the work. So though they did a good job installing the siding, I would never hire them again, nor recommend that anyone else do so.

He said he could solve it. He did! I chose Monmouth Vinyl because my neighbor used them and was delighted with their work on his new roof. My neighbor had a leaking problem and even though it was not caused by the roof, Monmouth Vinyl helped him solve his problem after his installation. One year later, my roof had a slight problem . I called Monmouth Vinyl and explained my issue. They apologized, sent a crew over and fixed it. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

My fiance and I purchased our first home last year, and the basement flooded twice. It had no sump or drain system in place. Besides the flooding, we were consistently getting 'seeping' of water through the cinder blocks because we are on the side of a mountain. Nathan came out for a very thorough consult, and did a great job of explaining the possibilities and options for drain systems. He was honest and answered all of our questions. This was the ONLY company out of 4 that explained how we might have a monolithic foundation, and how it needs to be treated differently for safety purposes and to maintain the stability of the home. It turned out when they began to work, we did have a monolithic foundation, so the system had to be placed a little bit differently. The employees did a great job of installing the system, and answering all of our questions afterwards. It was also very appreciated how they were able to install a vapor barrier in our crawl space during the same week (we did not realize initially that they would also be able to provide this service.) Barbara worked with us to establish a payment plan that worked for us, which was extremely helpful and appreciated because we were paying for a few major projects at the same time. We have had the system installed for about 7 months now, and everything has been working great. We have reached out a couple times with questions/concerns, and usually deal with Sal. He has always answered promptly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Thank you!

Jason spent over 90 minutes analyzing my roof -- and this was the free estimate! He was so thorough in his evaluation. After hiring the The Roof Doctors, they: a) removed the existing layer of roofing shingles to wood deck, b) installed ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys, around chimneys, and on all low pitch areas of roofing b) installed premium GAF synthetic vapor barrier on field section of roof deck, c) installed GAF Timberline Lifetime shingles, d) installed new roll vent ridge vent system e) installed new step flashing and counter flashing including base around chimney, f) installed new GAF Hip and Ridge caps, and g) installed new counter flashing on chimneys. They even installed gutter guards and trimmed low-hanging branches above upper roof section -- at no extra cost. The entire project was all for under $10,000!
