Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

Jason spent over 90 minutes analyzing my roof -- and this was the free estimate! He was so thorough in his evaluation. After hiring the The Roof Doctors, they: a) removed the existing layer of roofing shingles to wood deck, b) installed ice and water shield on all eaves and valleys, around chimneys, and on all low pitch areas of roofing b) installed premium GAF synthetic vapor barrier on field section of roof deck, c) installed GAF Timberline Lifetime shingles, d) installed new roll vent ridge vent system e) installed new step flashing and counter flashing including base around chimney, f) installed new GAF Hip and Ridge caps, and g) installed new counter flashing on chimneys. They even installed gutter guards and trimmed low-hanging branches above upper roof section -- at no extra cost. The entire project was all for under $10,000! Not only that, due to an oversight by the supplier, Roof Doctors fought for them to upgrade my shingles to to ultraHD shingles at no additional cost. They were professional and efficient, which is why I referred them to my friend who also raved about their service. My referral earned me $250! Just recently had my roof installed by JR roofing and gutters did some shopping around and got some…read moreridiculous prices .When I called up JR he came down and gave me a professional estimate and explained exactly what he would be doing at a far price .He told me about the GAF complete roof systems which consisted of seven separate items that have to be installed on your roof there's a leak barrier,roof deck protection ,starter strip ,plus the lifetime shingles ,cobra attic ventilation and ridge caps that come with a limited life time warranty.His professional installers came and stripped my roof off in less than three hours and installed 37 square in one day and put in a ridge vent on my house and cleaned everything up the same day and carted it away .Two day later JR came himself and replaced my front entrance gutters and house vents and put new metal Facial over my garage roof.He delivery on everything he said and did a great job .I would highly recommend JR Roofing and Gutters .

The owner came over 2 hours later, climbed on the roof and took the measurements all while it was raining. We agreed on a great price and 3 days later when we had the only sunny day he replaced the whole roof. Great job and the work quality is excellent. He even went above and beyond by replacing 10 sheets of rotten plywood, installing new flashing on a leaking window, added flashing to my chimney and even placed new chimney caps for me. They really worked with me to get the pricing to where the insurance would accept the quote, and after quoting a few different companies they were competitively priced. They were very accommodating when I had to postpone the install a few days before they were to begin siding. Communication was generally very good, they showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. There was a small issue at end of job, but they were very receptive and out immediately to take care of my concerns. Overall a very good company and I would definitely recommend them.

We have a big issue with this company's customer support. We hired them to replace the siding on…read morethe 45-year-old manufactured home that we bought 30 years ago. When they removed the old siding they uncovered some cosmetic damage to the foundation. They said they couldn't re-cover the area with siding, as doing so would void the manufacturer's warranty. Nor could they repair the "damage" themselves because, as they said, "We're a siding company, not masons". Thus, tens of thousands of dollars later our home was an eyesore and Keystone was no where in sight. In the end I was able to fix the problem myself; a mason was not even required. I feel, though, that Keystone should have offered just a hint of customer support by fixing a relatively simple problem themselves, or at least suggesting someone who could do the work. So though they did a good job installing the siding, I would never hire them again, nor recommend that anyone else do so.
