Upon telling the manager that she told me that the information I got from customer service was incorrect. So I can't put in $50 without an ID, but I can withdraw $50 without an ID. That is the most backwards thing I have ever heard of. On top of them quote "following the rules" they are also extremely rude. My friend usually goes inside this store though & it's pretty dingy and dark. There are snacks and whatnot, but the selection is much smaller than you'd find at 7-11. The staff isn't the friendliest & it usually has a weird smell. When you walk out, you will be smelling like the store. I recommend it for a quick gas stop, but that's about it.

Beware: No Show, No Call, Precious Time Wasted…read more Had an emergency with a rim which had a hair crack. I was on a spare, called Southside. Male answered the phone, told me he could take care of us in 35 minutes. We arrived, the place was closed, on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. I called him 3x and no answer, kept going to voicemail after ringing several times. Come on man, if something changed, I get it, all I ask is for you to have called us and let us know or at the very least to pick up the phone and let me know so i didn't just leave me there waiting. I had my wife and kids in the car, on a road trip to NY from South Carolina after Hurricane Helene.
