Mixed bag here, sometimes you get a cheerful happy associate that's very helpful. Today in the pharmacy a young bi-racial girl helped me and in addition to her "valley girl voice" her attitude matched that persona completely. She was very rude to me and condescending and when I suggested that I wanted to buy the things in my basket in addition to my Rx, the young lady nearly blew a head gasket-LOL! Take a chill pill baby! I was standing in line, 1 person ahead of me, to pick up 2 prescriptions. I was told they were closing and couldn't help me. Are you kidding me!? Talk about lousy customer service! God forbid they had to start lunch 1 minute later. Horrible. ​ read more

THE WORST - Terrible service at the front end. Long wait times for the pharmacy on the phone. Hung up on 2 times at the same store a minute and a half apart after not being able to get through to the pharmacy. Asked for manager and was told he was in a meeting & she would not interrupt him. Called the corporate office about the experience & had two nice women that escalated my call to Melissa who was exactly the same, hung up on again! Thank you for nothing except rudeness, overly disrespectfulness, & a final interaction with all CVS'. Thank God there's Walgreen's! read more

Trying to call cvs is a nightmare getting ahold of the pharmacy. You have to go through tons of menu options and talk to non human operators that just send you to voicemail if you need to speak to the pharmacy. I finally got through choosing another option and the lady said she couldn't help me, That she couldn't transfer my prescription because they were too busy. I'm extremely sick and needed antibiotics and had an emergency and couldn't make it to the other pharmacy in time, they had over 3 hrs til they closed and kept putting me on hold til the other pharmacy was closed and I was too late to transfer the prescription anywhere else. read more

New store, more space, incredibly busy!

I'm from out of state & I Just called EACH department in this store 4 times in the last 2 hours to fill a script, with NO ANSWER!! Glad I finally went on yelp to get some more info- definitely will not be a customer here. read more

I have gone to this CVS for many years and have always had excellent service from the pharmacy folks. They have asked questions when there seemed to be issues with prescriptions, called my doc for clarification, and worked out insurance issues for me. read more

I changed my review to 1 star because employees have harassed me for letting them know they should treat people decent even if they have had TO DO THIER JOB. Rock on and get a hair cut...you know who you are. read more

it's one of my favorite stores to shop in! It is always neat, clean & organized & the ladies that work there are wonderful & friendly. They are very helpful & are always polite. They always say hello & ask how my son & husband are doing! Love the new location & store! read more

Friendly staff and convenient. Also our go to for scrips. Tonight it was for cough syrup for the ill in the house.

This place is a joke! I have never dealt with a pharmacy with such incompetent people! These employees need to get it together, If you hate your job so much; then work somewhere else. Another thing that really pissed me off was how they have no organization in the drive thru. I will never return to this joke of an establishment. read more

HORRIBLE. Do not go here. I sat in the drive through THREE times because of lack of communication from the tech and intern at the window. (I was unable to get out of my car because my son was asleep in his car seat) I only chose this pharmacy because I knew it had a drive through. Never. Again. My entire experience at my son's pediatrician was faster than picking up his prescription at this pharmacy. The pharmacy intern did not even care about my inconvenience. Clearly they don't care about their customers and have no respect for other people's time. Stay far away! I will be going to Walgreens across the street. read more

Absolutely the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure to formerly deal with. The red headed pharmacist is so rude and acts like you are bothering her if you go to the pharmacy assistance counter. The tech with that long scraggly hair is the worst of them all. He never speaks, smiles or tries to make your pharmacy experience a pleasant one. Everyone behind the pharmacy counter looks absolutely miserable and like they hate their job. With so many pharmacies to choose from I do not recommend you use this one. read more
