The only thing that went wrong was I didn't guys get home that the young fellow had taken and not only charged me for one of the items twice twice, but he also charged me too much money for another item. So I immediately called back to the store cause I was 30 minutes from the store. I called back to the store and talk to the customer service lady. She looked it up. She ended up working it out with me on the phone where she's going to take and leave me the money on the counter. I can come by and pick it up anytime. So basically it was a very good experience. It was a 90 out of 100.

I approached the counter to ask where to find the pork, stood there for several minutes while the butcher mopped and ignored me, despite looking up. Finally went to check the cooler and found an in-store shopper to ask, she brought me to where it should be but there was none, I followed her back to the counter where the butcher was quick to come to her service, and she placed an order with him rather than trying to continue to help me. The butcher went from mopping to grabbing fresh ground beef out of the case with the same gloves he was mopping, and packing it up. In the process of weighing the meet he was also flinging into the floor of the shoppers side of the butcher counter. not impressed, and definitely would not buy fresh packed meats from this store.

I filled a bag with what I needed and had a great conversation at the register with Ben, who moved up here from the Philadelphia area (where he worked for the company). Just the chicken section alone is twice the size of Roche Bros meat and fish sections combined! They also have a pharmacist and two aisles of international and specialty foods, both things that you won't see at Roche Bros. And I checked the dates, nothing was even close to it's expiration date this past Sunday. The prices at Shaw's are much more reasonable. You'll pay 10% more for groceries at Roche Bros., 20 to 30% more for meat and fish. Shaw's also has a ton of specials. I bought chicken breast halves on special for $1.99 lb on Sunday, then checked Roch Bros and found the only chicken breast available at the meat counter was $4.69 lb. The same can of Tuna fish a paid 79 cents for at Shaw's was selling for $1.49 at Roche Bros. The staff at the Deli counter are very friendly. They are always well staffed at the registers, and there are three self checkout registers too, I've never had to wait in line more than a minute.

I know I'm going to use them and they make perfect gifts for my friends and family. And they are too fun not to collect. Both of the Trader Joe's in my area are always crazy busy! It's honestly the most chaotic chore I do multiple times a week, grocery shopping. Walking into this store was the complete opposite. It's chill, calm and peaceful. I literally felt like I was dreaming. I can only imagine how easy it must be to stop in, not have anyone cut you off or fighting your way through a crowd of shoppers. The thought of just being able come for what you need and leave without it taking forever sounds magical. And shopping at this location made me think of all the fun possibilities! I'm sure I came at a slow time but a girl can dream. I grabbed a handful of bags and of course a Chantilly vanilla bean cake. My daughter was attending a concert at the Gillette stadium so I needed a treat to keep me company. Like every location I have been to, the gal that checked me out was really sweet. We chatted a bit about my bag collection. She told me about the plastic forks up up front for my cake. It was the sweetest and easiest transaction. This store was amazing! I normally do my grocery…read moreshopping on the weekends, so this was actually my first time going into a Trader Joe's during the week. I went on a Friday morning and it was surprisingly quiet. I was able to get in, grab everything I needed, and get out without feeling rushed or having to constantly move my cart out of someone's way. The staff were all very friendly, the selection was great, and of course, I loved the flower selection! An added bonus is that this location actually sells liquor, which is awesome. Overall, a great experience and definitely a location I would come back to!
